Why do I spend $5 a month to use this financial institutions service that doesn't even work when the other two financial institutions I use dont have a monthly service fee but haven't given me this same problem.

I have found the staff very friendly, polite and professional. I have been dealing with Gordon and it has been a pleasure doing business with him. I have no doubt that I would feel the same with the other bankers. As a comment on some of the 1 star reviews, if your credit score is in the 500's and your average balance in your checking account is less than $100, you really should try banking somewhere else. Do you have a clue what "Chase Private Client" means?

Some of the staff is nice but the policies are inconsistent and there is not a drive up teller.

We’ve had issues with Chase (a wire transfer suddenly rejected) but I’ve take loved some of the staff here. Ryan is great and takes great care of customers!

Consistently help other customers ahead of me when I arrive first. When I asked why the teller rolled his eyes and scoffed at me. Bad service culture from top to bottom.

Went into cash a refund check from a business that was a chase bank check...chase wouldn't cash it with out charging $10 because I didn't have an account...so I left..bad business practice...because I wastes my time and gas coming here I would never consider opening an account now...

If I could give less than a 1 star I would!I was put on a payment plan to make my account up to date and was promised that I could use it after that. They closed my account surprisingly after my 2nd payment went through and they closed my account. Now I can’t even use my accounts ever again. Spoke with the supervisor and she hung up on me before I could even get my questions out of my mouth. WORSE WORSE BANK EVER.

Really friendly staff. Kayla is awesome and was able to answer all my questions about my current accounts as well as opening 2 new ones. Definitely ask for Kayla if you need assistance!
