the psychologist here that does evaluations for work, who work alongside Dr. Selm is a conning witch, the entire process is a joke, she just want to know your business and fail you for evaluation for no reason because she miserably and probably covered in debt.

Horrible! No help from therapists ~ just old school by the book, not updated for specific situations.Billing and insurance is horrible!Don’t waste your time!If you needs meds, only ask for Tarah, or you’ll get the grump man!The only people I will give excellent props to, is Tarah (meds) and Stacy, receptionist. They are great. I will only go there for Tarah. She’s wonderful!

The wait times are very long, they do not answer the phone when you call and they do not call you back after you leave a message for help. It feels like there is never a person to talk to when you are trying to get answers for medical records or refills or appointments. You will speak to the voicemail more than a human.

If I could rate as a 0 I would. Never get any calls returned. Patient portal is a waste of time. Constant battle with billing. Called to make payments over the phone, told to use portal. They put all the bills under my husbands account so I didn’t know where to find these bills until we racked up $900!!! It’s a shame because I love my therapist but hate this office. Now I have no meds, can’t pay $900 and can’t make an appointment. And the insurance modifiers were wrong so it wasn’t even billed correctly!!! Unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable!!

I am writing this review as I just had the most thorough evaluation I have ever had by Kellie Guarino APN who is new to the practice. I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience except that it was excellent! CFG is fortunate to have her!

I do need to say the receptionists at front desk are swampy! I see a nurse there they say her ext is different from what she had given me. However when you leave a msg for someone it doesn't say the name of the person you are trying to reach! To me that's a downfault on the company! God knows who gets the msg! Very disturbing! Please fix this ASAP!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Ultimately the worst customer service and poorly trained staff I have ever witnessed in my life. I have called numerous times and left many messages trying to contact the front desk just to get in contact. Each time was unsuccessful.

Excellent just excellent they actually listen to you don’t make you feel less then I have a therapist there, and I love her. She actually speaks to me as a person and I connect with her and understand her. We understand each other. She’s just she’s the best.

BEWARE! When trying to be coordinated with a physician they will set you up with a 3rd party if you are open to telemedicine and will not inform you. The physician I spoke with seemed competent, professional and helpful, but if I were interested in a 3rd party virtual only service I would have done that on my own and not sought a referral from my primary doctor.

Dr. Lee helped me get through weaning off of benzodiazepines the right way. Dr. Daniels picked up on something immediately and knew exactly what to do in a timely fashion. I’ve been coming here for a long time. There are still many bad issues with getting refills though. This needs to be addressed now because this is a major part of the treatment. We, as patients do not need this added stress.

Person who answered the phone set me up with an appointment that was NOT with the center, it was a 3rd party, and she didn't let me know. Also told me I did not have a choice of the date/time. Completely incorrect information and she was rude.

Be very careful if you are assigned Norbert Csordas,He gave my son 10 or more different meds in about as many weeks, starting with benzos, which are dependent,without even seeing him, seeing that he had lost so much weight and was very sick.. Just more meds, always more meds. He should not be treating people of that is the approach. More detriment than help, in my opinions

Go elsewhere. Without going into my personal info…I needed my doctor to refill my medication….and I swear …at least 7 calls/messages unanswered. This resulted in depression and panic attacks like I have never had before due to having to go off my medicine cold turkey 2 times now. Absolutely no call back.Needless to say I’m going to a new doctor now….this provider was not here for me when I finally was brave enough to seek help.The front desk personnel were always very sweet, caring and wonderful. It’s my provider who not only didn’t call me back and did not make my care a priority.
