I stopped into Burns Honda with my daughter since she was thinking an Odyssey minivan would be a great vehicle for her growing family. Initial impression of the dealership was a well-organized, bright, clean sales floor with a friendly staff. Man was I wrong! Our salesman was the archetypal fast-talking, lying, cheating, greedy, selfish dude who is single-mindedly focused on moving the cash out of your pocket into his pocket. He could explain, with some degree of accuracy, the variety of trim levels available on the Odyssey. But that's where it ended. He couldn't explain the difference between a Honda Certified Pre Owned vehicle and a "Q" Pre Owned vehicle (I'm not sure if it was "Q" "cue" or "queue" because he was flailing around trying to explain the difference). My guess the "Q" means questionable! It was like pulling teeth to get the cost of the vehicle. He showed us this beat up "Q" Odyssey (which he couldn't answer the question "will this bumper damage be repaired?") and a new minivan. Then he places in front of us the cost of financing the "Q" versus leasing the new minivan. This is the oldest sleaze bag tactic ever! The snake oil salesman doesn't disclose a total cost of ownership but rather just a monthly payment. He then structures the terms of the agreement so it appears the new minivan is the better deal because of the lower payment. But in 36 months you have nothing except an expired lease! Additionally, Burns Honda is an old fashion business model with various layers of approvals to close a deal. They want you to sit there for hours while the salesman runs around the dealership doing everything he can to get you the best possible deal. Someone in leadership doesn't understand almost every customer under 75 years old has a smart phone and is fact-checking every dull witted cliché spewed by salespeople. In the end we walked out. I just could not stand hearing anymore BS! My advice, if you shop this dealership do your homework before stepping inside, research your vehicle on the internet, know terms of an auto loan from your bank or credit union, if you are US military active duty, retiree, reservist, National Guard or a dependent ask about the Honda Military Appreciation Offer salutes your military service by offering you a savings of $500 toward any new Honda (which they claim no one ever heard of this program), be prepared to spend hours purchasing a car but most importantly believe nothing told to you! Have your phone in hand and fact check everything.

Robb Regan at Burns Honda in Marlton is the best! He has been servicing my family's cars for years and he has never steered us wrong. He is always so helpful and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend him and trust him!

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2020 pilot. I was skeptical about getting the proper service from previous visits so I marked my tires prior to taking it it to the dealership. When I picked my car up that evening, it was dark, so I did not check, but in the morning I did check, and the tires were in the same spot that they were the day before. I called the dealership after several attempts of reaching the manager, he finally got back to me when I mentioned the word fraud. I asked him if they have cameras in the service bays where they do their work and he said yes. I asked him to pull the video of my car being serviced and I explained to him what I did, and what I found. He called me back after several hours with a very lame excuse that the mechanic had to take it off of the lift for some reason or another, and forgot to put it back on and finish the service. I paid my bill in full, but I did not get the service that I paid for. I told him I will never step foot in Burns Honda again, he offered to refund my money for the entire service which I did accept. That being said, I will still never step foot in Burns Honda because I do not trust them! I wonder how many other people are paying for service they are not getting!! Beware!!

In February I went in for an oil change and tire rotation under maintenance I have one Firestone and three Michelin tires I know the Firestone was in the front passenger side it should have been in the rear. I looked at the tires and the Firestone was still in the front after service. They totally lied half the time they never rotated the tires even though it was part of the maintenance and when they said they did they dud not . I hate being lied to. They charge for this service and not doing what they promise is poor business

Two words: Saul Dratman! If you're looking for a top notch salesman, someone who knows their stuff, is easy to work with and doesn't feed you non sense, go see this guy. He made what I thought was going to be a agonizing experience, because getting a car usually is, anything but. Truly the best of the best. #bettercallSaul

I made an appointment two days in advance to see three specific 2020 CRV's. I verified the morning of my appointment that all three in fact were available. It is a 45 minute drive for me one way to get there, and I had to put my dog at the boarding kennel as I was going to be leaving him for longer than he can tolerate right now. Long story short, zero of the cars were there, the salesman had zero clue as to which cars I had an appointment to see, and I left very frustrated. Car one was apparently "in the shop". Car two was apparently. "the managers loaner and he's not here today". Car three was nonexistent. I should say that there were eight sales people doing nothing, I had the title for my old car and my checkbook in my old car and I would've been very happy to buy a car today. Instead, I will be going to another dealer tomorrow. I do have to say the manager called me about five minutes after I left, and was very sincere and apologetic, but this is not the proper way to conduct business.

Was having a very enjoyable experience on the sales floor, when I was harshly interrupted by the general manager screaming obscenities at his employees from across the room. Their crime congregating around the greeters desk during a slow period of the day. These actions compelled all present employees and prospective buyers like myself to completely stop in their tracks. I have never heard an authority figure address his employees in such a vile matter. To make things worse this occurred in a public setting. I can't even fathom the manner in which he speaks to his employees behind closed doors. This is not a leader and because of his actions I will never step foot in Burns Honda again.

Left a bad review here instead of the burn Hyundai. I apologize and tried to delete the other review but I could not. Burn's Hyundai gets the one star

I went to the dealer to get my front brakes and rotors done. It was initially $400 for the job. Hours later i call to check up on the status of my vehicle and then they tell me its $1400!!! Because it also needed Calipers. I dont understand i feel robbed. I drove to the dealer fine and knowing that i needed some brakes and rotors. How is it an additional $1000 dollars for calipers which only is about 3 additional bolts for each side. I even wonder if they messed up and just told me i needed some calipers because the dealer didn't even call me i called to see why it's taking so long. I just feel robbed and putting this so everyone can be aware whats going on here! I understand a few hundred buck more but a $1000 more for approximately 3 additional bolts on each side cmon!!! The labor was almost $700 whereas the initial repair was a total of 400 for parts and labor!

Had my one month old Honda Insight fixed there. There was a factory defect when it rained, a little water leaked on the inside. Although I didn't buy my Honda there, they got me in a loaner car and worked on the fix. well, I got my car back after two weeks dented. It took a few days for them to investigate and look at the tapes, they took responsibility but never showed me the tape. Then after setting me up for an appt to fix dent. the head service manager tried to dance around maybe it's a factory defect, "ahh no". Long story short, it took multiple calls and trips and loaner to get my car finally fixed in about 3 months. My advice is to inspect your car before leaving there for repair work.
