Was not impressed. While the building itself is quite large, the area to try on gowns was small and confined. There were 2 sections to try on. We were placed in the not so nice side infront of the front desk and did not feel like we were made a priority as we were not in a "nice" section compared to the other 2 appointments that were there at the same time. It was definitely not size inclusive, and the consultant just did not listen. Also, it was extremely off-putting that our consultant was dressed in a jean skirt and just did not seem professional at all, while she was chomping on gum the entire appointment. While the staff was nice. It just wasn't it. When you first walked, they handed you a clipboard with a form to fill out. I've been to other salons where the staff was much .ore put together and actually got to know you instead of just having you fill out a form. Will not be back.

Went to Bridal Garden to look for my wedding dress & cannot express how awesome the experience was. I had Natalie as my attendant & she was beyond amazing. She made me feel like we had been best friends for years & so comfortable. She was honest & had almost every dress that I showed pictures of. She knew what looked best & when to keep looking for something better. She was honest & that’s exactly what I needed! It was only my second time looking & I’m happy I went there. Everyone there was so kind & made me feel amazing. I’m so happy I found my dress here, the process was seamless & fun.

First time dress shopping came with a ton of anxiety that was completely melted away once Natalie started the appointment! She was encouraging, extremely educated on the gowns, and so uplifting. Every gown I tried on was beautiful and well taken care of. I had a large(ish) group with me and Natalie did a fantastic job of making sure my thoughts and opinions were the priority of the appointment. She took her time, I never felt rushed, and I left the shop confident in my gown selection. Truly could not have asked for a better experience at Bridal Garden! I will definitely be recommending my friends and family!

Rachel was amazing & made my entire experience from start to finish nothing but wonderful. I truly felt like a bride & was celebrated as such when I found my dress. She gave me so many options to choose from, some from my inspo & some that she pulled for me. There was also never any pressure to really like a dress or buy something. 10/10 recommend

I LOVED my experience at the bridal garden! I was late due to going to the wrong address and they were so patience and accommodating! Ky was my bridal consultant and was just amazing. She chose dresses that fit my theme and my body perfectly!!! Took no time finding THEE dress. Thank you for such an amazing time!!!

Kye helped me find the dress of my dreams, and Patricia did great alterations for me! Kye was phenomenal, I showed her my Pinterest board of dresses I loved and she brought out a ton of them and really hyped me up, it made me feel amazing. I just loved this place! They will treat you well! I got so many compliments on my beautiful dress on my wedding day!

I bought my dress from Bridal Garden, working with Natalie & I also used their in house alterations team
I am a street size 16/18 and was a little unsure what sizing "bucket" I'd fit best in (straight size vs. plus size). This was no issue at any point with the Bridal Garden team. They had a good mix of styles and sizes. When trying on a straight size/smaller sample dress, they did a great job explaining how the designers made tweaks as the size changed, bringing me comfort.
Experience wise, I found it more relaxing/less overwhelming - they chat with you and bring the samples to you. Shopping the floor at other salons was a little overwhelming, especially shopping with 4 other folks.
Natalie provided a nice mix of styles in line with my vision & some new options that she thought would look nice based on what I shared about my wedding. There were a few options I tried that were stunning & serious contenders that I do not think I would have been drawn to on my own. Pricing wise, she stayed in budget and costs were kept pretty clear throughout the process.
When my dress arrived, Bridal Garden was able to hold onto it for me which was lovely. We have pets so keeping the dress at the salon brought a lot of peace of mind.
Scheduling was pretty easy too!
Alterations wise - I was extremely happy. I felt heard during both fittings. I added custom straps to my strapless dress and this was executed perfectly!

Bridal Garden was recommended to me by another bride. This was my first weekend trying on dresses but my family is not local so I was hoping to find the dress in one weekend. The day before I’d had other appointments and found things I liked about dresses but nothing that had everything. Kye began my appointment by asking about this and immediately had ideas on dresses that might fit my perfect vision. We tried on a few and my family loved the picks. They also complimented Kye as their favorite consultant of the weekend! Ultimately we found a dress that I fell in love with and said yes! Kye even had some creative ideas when I asked about spicing up the dress for the reception.
Bonus: I had scheduled a mother of the bride appointment upstairs so I got to keep my dress on while the moms shopped to really test how comfortable it is.
In summary, everyone at the shop was so warm and welcoming even on a busy Saturday. I highly Bridal Garden to other brides. Thank you to Kye for making my wedding dress dreams come true. ?

Hands down the most wonderful experience I could have asked for. From the store itself, clean and calm and cozy to the staff who are truly wonderful women. If you go to Bridal Garden you will have a wide range of dress options and prices to look through and not feel pressured one second of the day. I couldn’t recommend them more and I’m so glad I found my dress at Bridal Garden.

I walked into bridal garden adamant about the look I wanted. After multiple dresses, I realized it was nothing I wanted and HATED every dress I tried on. Annie was amazing!! She listened to everything that I loved and hated and brought in other options. To my surprise, I ended up in a look and fit I never imagined myself wearing. Annie also added on accessories to take the look to the next level. She was patient and exceeded all of my expectations! I cant recommend her enough!!!
