Overall, I had a decent experience with Cross Country Mortgage. Bill was accessible when needed and aided when there were questions. The process was long but that was to be expected. Bill was encouraging all the way to end.

I recently worked with Bill as my loan officer during my first home-buying experience, and I can't recommend him highly enough. As someone who had never gone through the process before, I was expecting it to be overwhelming. However, Bill made everything seamless and easy to understand. He was incredibly patient and guided me through each step with confidence anf professionalism. Five stars all the way!

Bill was awesome very patient with me and explained things over and over again if he had to until I understood what was going on with my first home buying experience. Bill stuck by me day after day and answered questions even on his days off until I got to the finish line up until the day of settlement. It was the best experience ever he is a hard worker and deserves all the perks and privileges you have to offer a raise would be great.
Thanks Bill I will be recommending my friends and family to contact him in the event they want a new home. You picked a winner when you hired him.

Let me start by saying what an amazing experience I had working with Bill. Bill and his team were very hands on they knew what they needed from me and I made sure I provided it quickly. I received my pre approval within a day so I instantly knew what my house budget would be . Bill and his team made sure all documents needed to be submitted to underwriting they had which made the chances of my loan approval 10/10 with no issues. Thanks Bill keep up the good work

Bill is amazing! Need a loan process with zero knowledge that's seamless and professional? Call Bill! Need to be walked through the process every step of the way and have all your questions answered with an easy to understand and timely response? Call Bill! Want to make last minute changes without hassle (sorry about that Bill lol)? Call Bill! Working with him and Robert (who saved us from an insurance nightmare) was the best decision my husband and I ever made. 3 years ago I called Bill trying to weigh my options about loans and buying a home. He gave me the entire rundown freely offering any assistance he had. At no fault of his, we decided to wait on home buying and we parted ways for a time. Until a couple months ago when we were ready and I decided to reach out to Bill again. Guess what? He picked up when I called and was as helpful as ever! If that's not a testament to his character as a reliable professional I don't know what it is! My husband and I plan to continue working with him for future real estate deals and I suggest you do too. Best decision we ever made!

This was our second time to work with Bill Rich and his team. The only reason you come back to somebody a second time is if they performed above and beyond the first time.
Both of the homes are very important to us at different times in our lives first big enough for children and now a retirement home. Any problems or issues that came up or handled quickly and professionally and we closed on time.
We can’t thank you all enough and will certainly be recommending anybody needing a home loan to Cross Country mortgage.
