As a new runner, I needed advice on some new gear. Got a warm welcome at the door and had a great in store experience with Keisha. She explained the difference between the tights and answered all my questions ...and there were a lot!! I am loving my Salutation Stash Tights and very thankful for such great advice ..Thanks again Keisha ..I will be back :)

I was in on Christmas Eve looking for some last minute gifts. Gianna (in pjs) was so helpful and kind. Despite the other reviews, I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Will return soon.

Great products but unfortunately very unfriendly staff. I arrived at the store very close to their closing time , which I acknowledged and said I would be very fast. I was in and out within five minutes and purchased pants for $105. Very disappointing experience.

I was in yesterday (4/23/23 at 5:20 pm)I was greeted kindly and warmly!Sherri was SO HELPFUL and knowledgeable! She was able to suggest items that flattered my body and in my favorite colors! She even put items on hold so I could buy with some gift cards another day.However, the manager at the time was rude, abrasive, and made me feel rushed (with over a half hour before closing). The manager expressed to one customer that they were closing (in a half hour) and made her so uncomfortable that she put everything else back and left quickly.

The staff is very attentive. Quality of clothing rivals Lululemon at a third less the price. Buy online if not available in store?

Disgusted with the management of this store and it’s employees. Not only was I never told of items that were marked as a final sale but they double charged me for an item and I did not realize it until I attempted to return the final size item which they refused to accept. When I told the head manager of also being double charged and advised them to look at their video, she became snooty with me and said “we are aware that we can view our own footage.” I was appalled by her treatment and advised customer service by phone that their employees are clearly lacking in training and customer service. I now have to wait for management to review their footage to tell me what I already know- that I purchased ONE of the items and not 2 of the same thing. Ridiculous. Nobody deserves to be treated this way and I refuse to enter this store in the future. So if you decide to give them your business, make sure you know if items are final sale or not because if they are, they won’t accept them claiming their employees are trained to advise customers of the final sale- which clearly didn’t happen with me and this manager can listen to the audio of store footage to verify. And double check your receipts to make sure you were not double charged so they don’t have to verify their store video footage (making you feel as though you are a criminal trying to steal from them). The manager Kim did ultimately call me back to verify the video only showed purchase of 1 item (thanks Kim/athleta but I obviously already knew this lol). Over one hour of my time wasted, never again Athleta, I’ll take my business to Lululemon or elsewhere. ???

I wish I could give zero stars. I will never shop at an Athleta store again because of the customer service at the Marlton location. The girls at the register were nothing but rude, and had their noses up in the air like they were better than every person that walked through the door. Especially at a store that’s supposed to be promoting positive, healthy, women, Athleta Marlton, you’ve lost quite a few customers today. I’ll be taking my business (and all of my friends’ business ANYWHERE else.)

I have been to this location a few times and I have to say that the customer service is less than impressive. Each time I walk in there I swear it’s like that scene from pretty woman, the employees are not helpful and ridiculously rude. As I can see from reviews going back almost 3 years this seems to always be an issue at this location. Get it together Athleta, kindness and positivity at your stores should be a number 1 priority.

Customer service = 0/5. Was disheartened by how rude they were to my friend. Instead of leaving the store happy to have purchased new items at a store that promotes female empowerment, she left feeling belittled.

Unfortunately, I came to Google to share my poor experience and write a review about the disappointing customer service at this location and was met with several similar customers reviews. How unfortunate and disheartening to see so many people with a similar negative experience at a store that is supposed to promote female empowerment.The employees at this location are rude and extremely unhelpful. Rather than help inquiring customers and make a sale for the store, they ignore customers and blatantly whisper and snicker behind the desk. While I love the Althea clothing and brand, the customer service has SEVERELY turned me off from shopping here again.Hoping that Althea finds some ways to step it up with their staff.

I wish zero stars were an option. “Rude employees” does not even suffice. I’m sorry because I was wearing some old uggs, I deserve a dirty look? Should never judge a book by its cover because I took my $500 bonus check to another store. Never again will I step foot in Athleta.
