I am thrilled to share my experience working at Advocare over the past seven months. From day one, I have felt supported and appreciated by both my leadership team and colleagues, making it a truly remarkable work environment.One of the standout aspects of Advocare is the unwavering support from the leadership team. They have created a culture that fosters growth and encourages open communication. I have consistently received guidance, feedback, and encouragement to excel in my role, which has greatly contributed to my professional development.The camaraderie within the office team is exceptional. We have been going to this practice for years. I received a certified letter today stating that they will no longer be our children's pediatrician. My wife took my 15yr old daughter for a sick visit last week. Dr. Sless refused to look in my daughters' ears at the exam even though my daughter was complaining about throat and ear issues. My wife questioned this and Sless still refused. Dr. Sless wrote a script for blood work. My wife, being a Holistic Nutrionist , asked her to add a couple of more blood test specifically vitamin D. Sless pushed back and said no need everyone has low vitamin D. Later that night I called the office upset because my daughter was crying about her ear. Sless never called back and now we receive this letter. Dr. Sless is rude and condescending. All she ever does is try to push shots in the kids and is only concerned about treating the symptom and not the underlying condition. We had already secured a new pediatrician after our experience with her last week, so her letter was irrelevant. It just solidifies our decision was correct and shows that she is a petty arrogant person. I would like to add that Natalia is amazing. If she ever leaves this practice, we would certainly follow her.

We have been long time patients with advocare doctors and have always been pleased with how thorough and attentive they are. Their systems seemed to be nicely streamlined as well, which makes for ease across doctors/offices. Beats many of the other options around here!

I have been going to their doctors my whole life starting with their Haddonfield pediatrics location that my parents would bring me to. They always made me feel comfortable during my visits as a kid so I continued going to their other doctors in the area when I became an adult!

Absolutely horrible. The office is too booked to see you so they make you talk to a Dr on the phone and subscribe meds etc but won't give you a proper note! They make it sound like you just called the dr. for no reason and the dr. hasn't actually said to give you a note when they did. Greed and incompetence at it's finest.

I called advocate corporate office to make a complaint about one of the practices. Jeremy, who handles complaints was to busy to accommodate me, ignored my voicemail, and never returned a phone call! Unprofessional!

I went to Advocare Grove for a short time. At one point, I was required to get blood work. I asked the phlebotomist (who was a Quest employee) to make sure my blood samples went to the correct lab, which I named (LabCorp) otherwise, it would be quite expensive for me. Lo and behold, my samples were sent to a lab not covered by my insurance and I received a $500 bill from the lab. I contacted Advocare Grove by email and phone to help me remedy the problem, and I was given the run around by everyone in that office. Emails were not returned, the phlebotomist was rude and told me to call the lab (can't "call the lab" unless you're making a payment); the "doctor" refused to return my requests for assistance. The only thing that saved me from a $500 bill was an efficient customer service representative at Quest, who eventually straitened things out. It caused me a considerable amount of stress, disappointment and frustration, but Advocare did not care. I no longer go to that practice because of this, but my daughter did, and guess what? They did the same thing with her samples. Shake my head. I hate that place.
