I had a horrible experience with a representative in this marlboro store , I was told fraudulent information to execute purchase and when I saw bill after 3 days it’s completely opposite of what I was told , also they make u sign on small phone without letting u read Wht u r signing and also said there r no more contracts in Verizon anymore , they want to be in line with the competition etc etc , be carefulI would never go to this store again

The WORST bunch of liars and scammers. STAY away from Adrian. Lied to my face multiple times. Signed me up without my consent for insurance... on a 4 year old phone! Opened a line of credit without my ok either. Told me that "all purchases in store add insurance to your WHOLE account". Wtf - NO! Also told me that I cannot buy a phone or watch - I had to sign up for credit (without my OK!!). Told me this AFTER he did it! It was a lie and illegal!!! The absolute worst experience. Not OK!!!!

If you want a horrible experience, this is the store for you. Steven messed up everything from day 1 purchasing new phones, which caused incorrect bills for more than 6 months. He has lied on multiple occasions and has not been able to fix anything. His manager Chad has also been useless when it comes to helping and constantly states he will get back to me and never does. If you want a Verizon phone, go to Verizon and not wireless zone!

Walked in this morning for the first time. I needed a new phone. Got a really great service. Chad was amazing, helped me with everything. Even though there were a few people in the room and phone kept calling Chad did a great job helping everyone. Thank you

They told me i didnt have a verizon plan (which i do) even after checking my settings, and they didnt even know what was wrong with my phone

Walked into the store looking to upgrade my phone. One staff member was busy helping a client, the other two were standing on a ladder patching a hole in the wall.. I was not acknowledged at all, or even told "we'll be right with you". I stood around looking at phones/accessories for about 15 minutes then proceeded to walk out. Only then did the staff member on the ladder say "Oh did you need help?". I said "No I'm good, I'll go somewhere else.". I live very close to this store but will never go back.

Daniel and Chad are completely unprofessional.... I never had such a bad experience..... For some reason, think they work there and giving you a favor by helping you... stuff definitely need more training on how to perform their job.

These guys are great! I had a bad experience at another location "down the road" and accomplished nothing recently.Upon entering another store today, I was instantly greeted and could feel the positive vibe. I knew I was in the right place.My pixel 7pro was not properly working and I had feared the worst, but the Verizon guy soon alleviated my apprehension. After a few moments he saw what issue needed to be addressed and quickly corrected the problem. And after making certain I was satisfied I left the store with a renewed appreciation for the quality of service both Verizon and it's skilled representitves provide.That other location could take a lesson from this store. It's not hard to be personable and helpful.5 Stars+ to the Verizon store at hwy. 9 & rt. 520, Marlboro, NJ!Thanks!

I've been a loyal Verizon customer for 18 years now & my last 3 upgrades were done in store with Chad. I moved to Florida in Feb 2021 & was just back up in NJ for a family vacation. Despite being eligible for an upgrade for a while now, I waited until I could go to this location just to see Chad & have him help me out. He makes the upgrade process so easy & as quick as possible, which is why I wanted to wait rather than mailing in my phone & doing it via online. Stephen also assisted with my upgrade & he was just as pleasant! I'd recommend this location, as well as Chad & Stephen, to anyone! Great people & a very nice location.

My elderly mother was having a minor issue with her phone and had the misfortune to walk into this store. They lied to an old lady that nothing could be done to fix her current phone and then talked her into buying a brand new $500 phone. Avoid this store.
