I went in there today and was followed around like I was going to steal something. This behavior is uncalled for. As a loyal ulta customer, I will be going elsewhere.

Every time I visit this location, I am treated like a criminal. I am always being followed around at this location. My experiences here have always been unpleasant I am considering going to another location that is further out just to avoid coming here.

I had my makeup done at Ulta and was very disappointed. The colors chosen didn’t match my skin tone, blending was poorly done, and the overall look felt rushed and unpolished. For a paid professional service, I expected much higher quality. Ulta really needs to invest in better training for their makeup artists — I would not return for another service based on this experience.

Was in town from out of state and needed my hair fixed up - Josephine was my saving grace and an absolute angel!! She blended my roots out and made my hair more cohesive. She offered other suggestions as well but with my crazy schedule and condition of my hair, she worked with what we had. Wish I could find a stylist like her near me. A pleasant salon experience and she was spot on, accurate and communicative. Absolute rockstar and would highly recommend her! (I definitely left Ulta with some of her product suggestions too!!)

Very Disappointed — My Hair got Damaged
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed choice.
I came to Ulta Morganville for partial highlights from their expert Stylist Yelena . Unfortunately, the result was extremely disappointing and left my hair significantly damaged — dry, brittle, and breaking. I expected a professional approach and care for the health of my hair, but that didn’t happen.
She was extremely rude and loud with me. Instead of apologising she ask me not to do highlights anymore.
What’s worse is that when I brought up my concerns to the Manager of that branch, she was not helpful or supportive at all. Instead of truly listening and trying to resolve the issue, I felt brushed off and blamed for what went wrong. She started advising me how to blow dry my hair properly.
There was no real accountability or genuine effort to make it right.
I now have to spend extra time and money trying to repair my hair and correct the color. I would strongly advise anyone considering a color service here to think twice and ask a lot of questions. My experience was stressful, expensive, and left me feeling incredibly disappointed.
I hope Ulta takes this as constructive feedback to better train their stylists and managers to handle these situations with more care and professionalism.

Went yesterday for some new skincare products. The skin expert on staff, Lodyia (hope I spelled that right) was super knowledgeable and listened to all of me and my sister‘s concerns. She recommended products and tried them on us. She was patient & super friendly. And of course I purchased all the products she recommended & my skin is glowing. If you need any skin guidance, I would recommend seeing her!

Just yelled at for opening a blow dryer box to examine because they didn’t have one on display. I was planning on buying it until that moment. Maybe salesperson should have been more helpful.

I love coming to the salon at Ulta. The staff here are amazing. Yelena is very accommodating and an expert at blonde highlights.

There are no lip samples to test products. When I asked an associate about a specific color. She told me I could just return it if I didn't like it and made no attempt to try to help me . It would have been very simple to replace the sample instead of having me buy it try it and return it .
I will not be using this location in the future .

ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE at this location! They talk and laugh with each other with customers that need help right in front of them. I was told this evening that an employee on the floor could not help me color match but someone would be off break and could help me in 5 minutes. I waited and waited and then heard this employee calling that person getting off break to help another customer while the entire time I was standing right there. Not the first time something like this has happened. At this point, I’ll never spend another dollar with Ulta!
