Nightmare experience with replacement windows from start to finish. From being ghosted by the sales person while having issues getting the installation date scheduled to having the construction company incorrectly measure the windows and install with a beyond ridiculous amount of wood shims. The windows were comically too small but the construction company would not admit the measurements were incorrect. Every time it rained water would be pouring in through all replacement windows causing water damage to two levels of my house. Lowe's refuses to take responsibility or even call me back to discuss the issues. I had to hire a real window contractor to remove all of the replacement windows. Avoid at all costs.

Messed up my delivery order 3 times costing me thousands of dollar in labor because my guys had to stand around with no materials on top of that they chargesd me for there mess up and refused to do anything to fix it yes im still trying to figure it out after 72 hours of hell ….0 stars they make running a business harder then it already is big corporation just take your money as it is absolutely unacceptable and unethical what they did literally thousands of dollars this could cripple my business and reputation but you guys are corporate and rich so what do you care wish I could give 0 stars and curse a storm

Ruined Fathers Day
Appliance’s dept is zero out of zero for customer service. Clueless guy processed the purchase of dishwasher and forgot even to mention that installation is additional and didn’t charges us for it. Next day delivery crew brought new machine, hauled away old one and didn’t even deliver the extra long hose (paid up front for). Needless to say here we are- no dishwasher, and brand new sitting in the box.
Sunday morning Sleepy store manager lamely apologized and didn’t even bothered to find out who was the employee or mention any proper training they would provide, nor offer any assistance for installation crew to come over. Shame on you both

Almost forgot to review but there was a man by the name of Joe that helped me a few days ago. He literally did everything for me and reminded me to grab some extras I needed too. If every place in the world had a guy like Joe working, there would be world peace. Absolute gentlemen.

Special shoutout to the customer service desk – they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

NEVER GOING AGAIN
so me and my wife look at washer and dryer, we picked one we like , we took print out from lowes appliances department, next day we ordered from that print out and guy who put order in completely put order in for older model, so.we called lowes and send it back .
NOW FUN PART START , when my wife went back to order correct one lowes manager said its out of stock but we will give you similar model with similar functionality and she said it's fine and we just have to wait till our refund comes up in system so manager told us to come back next day. whice we did but then manager did not came to help us he send us to some customer service rep and then he changed entire order and add higher priced washer and dryer and then he said I have to get conformation from manager , so now Manger can't be found so assistance manager came he ask for more $350.00 and totally ignored everything happens before , so we canceled our order. it was marlboro , New jersey location
long story short there was more then one cooks in the kitchen ....
