I purchased probably the last new pair of unopened KEF LS50 wireless (first version) in the USA via Amazon. I use them as near field speakers in a smaller office space. Are they too much for the room? Of course and I like that!About 4 months of owning them the left speaker would click off for no apparent reason. I called KEF and spoke with Fred who gave me recommendations to try before sending them to New Jersey for warranty repair.I ended up sending them to KEF America and will admit I was worried of scratches or any accidental damage. They came back to me in a little over a week in the same condition I sent them - flawless!During the process every call I made was answered during business hours and every email sent was replied to in a timely manner.I write few reviews but this kind of experience warranted a review.A very happy KEF owner here!

I purchased a pair of KEF R300 last year and just found a tweeter in one of the speaker is not working. I first called my dealer and they didn't want to do anything since I didn't get their extra warranty at the time of purchase. I called KEF America instead, got really quick response next day. Instead of having me to ship the speaker for repair( It would be cost quite much since I am located in Canada ), They sent a new driver and instruction to help me resolve issue. Five star customer service !

I purchased loudspeakers for my Family Room in late 2017 from KEF America. The speakers have served well. I did have a problem with the subwoofer, however; their customer service was most helpful in resolving the problem. Recommended.
