Just went there today, not only did he provide a great service Yuri was amazing and very attentive, changed my CPU fan to CPU liquid and only charged me 75$ cleaned my pc and set up the LED lights for me, prior to my visit my led weren't all working, Yuri went out of his way to make sure all my stuff worked even though I wasn't even there for that issue, his service was unbelievable and I intend on going back there to get a new processor 10/10 great experience.

I used the services of JY Computer for the first time on 12/20/23. My ten year old HP laptop was showing its age. The battery had swollen to the point that the keyboard was bulging and the lid would not close fully.I was worried because I had ten years of work from my small consulting business on it and was unsure how much of that I had backed up properly or at all. I did not want to take it to a "big box" during Christmas week (or ever). I wanted to have one person to go to who was trustworthy, accessible and competent.I asked Yuriy to restore a lightly used HP given me by a client to its factory settings and transfer all of the files from the old one to the new. He said barring any issues, it should be done in 24 hours.Yuriy called the next day and said it was ready. To see my desktop set up exactly as it was on the new equipment was a relief. His pricing is reasonable. I did not ask for a price before he began the work and he did not take advantage of that. Yuriy is an IT specialist I could recommend with confidence to my clients.

I was looking for a true desktop repair professional for long. Although my PC is above 8 years old, I was debating to trash or fix it for a reasonable price. The “guts” were costly and I kept dreaming to put it back in business. I had an unsuccessful story with BB Geek Squad subscription. Entire year those “geeks” repeatedly witched with my PC and returned it back with a list of “fixes”, but the problem existed. Then additional year PC was collecting dust until I found Yuri. He was able to find an issue and advise on repairs for reasonable price. Really impressed with approach, quality and timing. Now I have a working machine.
