I had a conflict when my mother passed away and they handled it well. Satisfied with this company and the care they provided my mother.

Total pain -- they don't pick up the phone. when the finally do, they can't find the paperwork they are supposed to have. they then refuse to send information because they can't find the paperwork. Super frustrating!!!
