The best thing Costco did was install self checkout registers. Now if they'd keep at least 2 employees there to scan the big items rather than just 1, that would be great.

Was in the Optical Department. Needed glasses. Was blown away by service provided by Doug O in the Optical Department. Ask for him. You will not be disappointed.

Marlboro Costco is the best! I do not remember the names but managers and customer service exceeded my expectations. They helped us so many times , I can’t even count.
