I have been banking with Columbia for about 10 years now, if you want personal service, this is the bank, they know your name and get to know your family and banking needs. Abdul and Janette makes you feel home, I wouldn't bank anywhere else If I lived in NJ, Unfortunately, I had to close my accounts since we moved out of state.

Great place to bank , Marlboro employees are so kind and very responsive to questions and concerns. This is a great bank specially if you have little curious minds who want to start their early banking. They offer kids passbooks that not a lot of Banks offer now days . Manager definitely make you feel welcomed.

Don’t bank here. We just did a home equity loan and this bank is so backwards. It speaks volumes when your loan officer tells you he doesn’t even have this bank as his primary bank. The stuff they do makes no sense. The whole process was frustrating and difficult. Go to Chase instead. It makes zero sense that my “signature” isn’t my actual signature. The whole scheduling process made no sense. The checking account process made no sense. The bank is just small and the quality of service shows for it. The only plus is they had the lowest rate. That’s the only reason I continued with them.

This Columbia Bank Branch ROCKS! EXCELLENT Staff is ALWAYS courteous and respectful while providing ALL your banking needs. Ask them about promotions and services. Tell them IRENE sent you! ????

This Branch is lacking absolutely everything. The branch manager is rude, nasty, condescending and insults customers. His talent is to insult you and then hang up the phone so he got the last word. His professionalism has rubbed off on the staff who also yells at customers and hangs the phone up on them. This branch needs to be shut down immediately by corporate!
