This car wash is definetly the best local car wash. I have gone to many different ones and none of them have the packages or the customer service they have . Nelly at the front always always gives me the best experience every time I come in. Recommend this car wash for neat freaks !

Decided to come here because they have the best reviews in the town, but was disappointed. Upon arriving they told me they don’t offer inside cleaning, not even a payable option weird but ok. Then I had my “washed”. Front bumper bug residue wasn’t cleaned, then went around the car and it wasn’t dried properly either. Safe to say I won’t be returning.

My husband and I took our cars to be cleaned (inside and out) for the first time and couldn’t have been happier!!! The staff was awesome and you can tell they truly care about their work! The owner was such a nice guy!! It was my first time taking my current car through a car wash and I felt so dumb not knowing "what to do" he laughed with me and kindly guided me through, I really appreciated it!!! Great work and customer service. We will definitely be customers for life!!

Went there on 6/14 because I had some bird droppings and wanted to clean my car. It’s important to note that it rained on the 14 and 15. On the 15th I noticed that the bird droppings that I paid to get removed were still there. I paid for the ultimate (most expensive) and gave a $10 tip. So I felt that at the price I paid there was no rhyme or reason for them to not have cleaned it or at least pointed it out to me.
Called on the 16th because they were closed at the time I noticed. The lady on the phone was very combative and told me, “Tree sap doesn’t come off you need stronger chemical.” Which I replied that it wasn’t “tree sap” but “bird droppings.” She kept on repeating about the tree sap situation. After a minute she stated that she will look at the tree sap and to just, “Just come and we’ll get it figure out.”
I drove there. Same lady all of a sudden started to tell me that the “bird poop was fresh.” And didn’t want to own up to all the gaslighting she was committing. I told her multiple times it wasn’t fresh. She then told gave me a “free wash” before taking down my license plate and then proceeded to call a worker to talk about me while pointing at me and giving me dirty looks.
Don’t worry about my license plates as I will never come back to this car wash (I had previously gone once a month some times twice).
Save yourself feeling like bird droppings, just drive two miles on 9 to one of the MANY car washes in the area.
