“4 years ago I brought a severely rusted cargo basket to GSD/Line-x Monmoth to be refinished. I definitely wanted to wait sometime before I posted a review to see if the finish held up. Just looked at it the other day and realized four years went by and it is in pristine condition. This basket is stored outside year round exposed to all the elements and I can’t believe it still looks this good. It’s not often that I can say it so I’m very happy to say I highly recommend these guys if you plan on getting anything refinished And I will definitely be using them again for anything I wanna have done the right way. “I recently had to get my vehicle repaired after another driver backed into my car. In some 50 years of driving, I had never gone through the process of repair, rental car etc.I couldn't believe how easy Executive Collision made the whole thing go!They handled EVERYTHING, it was almost like - well.. an Executive experience.You just don't get much of that anywhere anymore.I can't tell you how many contractors and other services I've used that were one and done. A lesson learned to never call them again. I actually wonder how some places stay in shape when they give such poor service.That's not the case with Executive Collision.It's almost a sham you have to get in an accident to need them!”

“An amazing experience from start to finish. Even before I set foot in the dealership, they kept in communication, confirming the appointment several times. The morning of the appointment, they confirmed again and confirmed that the specific vehicle was still in inventory.
When I arrived, I could see that my specific vehicle was in the cute little camping and doggie display. When I told my sales rep that it was the car I wanted, she leapt into action, drove the vehicle out of the display, and got me into it for a test drive.
The negotiation process went really well. They already had the best price in the area, but once I was in front of the their desk even more $$$ came off. Shout out to Irina.
The dealership itself is so comfy, with a quiet room for waiting and working, another waiting room with TV, plenty of snacks and coffee and tea. I'm not a pet owner but was impressed by their pet area and amenities.
Service department seems to run like a well-oiled machine. The largest number of female employees I've ever seen at a dealership, in all departments, (although I didn't see the mechanics).
My great experience continued through to the Finance Office, where Nancy was clear at explaining everything, didn't push any extras on me too hard, but explained all my options in clear language and without rushing.
Every single person I encountered was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I loved Katie's enthusiasm down in service, as I admired her Subie ink and we laughed and compared photos of all our previous Subarus.
Hands down the best purchase experience I have had in 23 years of owning Subarus.”

The guy broke passenger window glass and tried ripping off the passenger side door panels, took away every thing including left over Salmon. Tom repaired the car as if nothing ever happened.”

“So, I replaced my NP247 transfer case with a NP242HD transfer case, in my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 4.7 liter V8, 545RFE 5 speed auto, Dana 44AL rear last year. I mainly drive under 60 mph, but the few times I have been on the NJ Turnpike, at 70 - 79 mph, I had a very bad vibration from the rear driveshaft. I got the driveshaft off of ebay because they are very hard to find locally and on the internet. Replaced U joints before I put it in. I took the driveshaft too Mr. Driveshaft on Monday because I didn't want to break my transfer case or rear driving on the Turnpike. 2 seconds after showing the Tech my driveshaft, he showed me the dent in the driveshaft I did not see before I put it in. I also messed up the snap ring grove taking the old U joint out because they were pretty frozen in when I was trying to get them out. The Tech pointed that out too. He said he would make me a new one and it would be ready the next day. I got a call on Tuesday , at 9:00 Am that the driveshaft was ready. Picked it up, put it in, drove down 295 at 70 - 80 mph, smooth as glass!!!!!!!! I'm beyond Happy with the results. If your in NJ, or not in NJ, this is the only place you need to go!!!!!!! Fast, friendly service!!!!!!!”

“I was driving through Howell Township on route 9 a few days ago. All of a sudden my car started to buck and lose power. I pulled over to the side of the road and could not get my car started. When it happened I was on the phone with my friend, Tom Sawyer.Tom told me, he does the website for a towing and that they are a really nice people and it’s a really good towing company. He gave me the number and I called them. They were there in 15 minutes. That was awesome. The last time I had my car towed it took an hour and a half for the tow truck to arrive. The driver from executive was a really nice guy, very professional, and knew what he was doing. I drive a 1984 Corvette and the last guy that towed it wanted to load it onto the flatbed rear end first, which would probably rip the front and off. He almost gave me a heart attack when he insisted that it had to be loaded rear in first. I had to tell him you don’t load a Corvette in from the rear and don’t even think about trying it with my car. He was clueless. The guy from Executive towing knew exactly what he was doing. We talked for about a half an hour while he drove us to the Chevy dealer in Old Bridge. He was very knowledgeable and knew more about my car than I did. When you own a 39-year-old Corvette with 137000 miles on it you’re probably used to getting it towed. It’s just part of owning an old car. I definitely am. This was the best most professional tow experience I can remember. I highly recommend Executive Towing & Collision Morganville in New Jersey.Service: Car towing”
