Love this spa. Ana was an amazing massage therapist, treating the pain and educated me on why and where the pain was. Atmosphere is really relaxing. 10/10 recommend. ☀️

I went for a Special Spa Reflexology Pedicure. It was not great, I was really hoping for a good foot massage but she barely applied any pressure. There was no actual reflexology, just gentle rubbing.
My polish looks nice and she did a good job with my cuticles.
I added a 15 minute chair massage, and again, no pressure applied. No knots were hit. The scalp part was very enjoyable.
The front desk is very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. Pretty building and generally quiet despite being busy.

I was not thrilled with the services I received here. To start, I had a mini facial, which you would think would be a facial, just shorter. No. This was 30 minutes of lightly massaging my face. It was so awkward and it was a waste of time. She did not exfoliate me at all, no dermaplaning, nothing. Just kept rubbing cream on me for 30 minutes And then putting rough towels on my face. There’s no possibility this was a licensed esthetician who didn’t even touch me with a single tool at all. The pedicure I had was the same I would get a regular pedicure place for half the price except she kept ripping the sides of my toe nails. I was also told not to be on my phone by the front desk girl, who was wearing a belly shirt. It gives regular nail salon vibes, not an exclusive and quiet “day spa” so why am I hanging up my phone? I will not be returning.

My husband booked me the ultimate package. As a mother's day gift. The message, facial And mud wrap Package also includes mani and pedi. For the pedi it includes 15 min leg/ feet massage also for mani. Being that I barely have nails I asked to add on tips. This is were the problem begins. The nail tech did not want to wait for my pedi to finish so she started to do my nails while I was getting my pedi done. It was super uncomfortable being pulled from my feet and hands. For the nails polish I ask for regular polish to match with my pedi polish . She refuses to use regular polish and use gel polish. I asked 4x to use regular polish the lady who did my feet also told her regular polish . She got annoyed and said "same price don't worry". When it was time to paid i was being charged for gel polish, also I had told the receptionist about regular polish. At this point nail tech said she did not know it was a difference of price. I asked to speak to owner. But before the owner came to talk to me she told the receptionist to tell me I had 2 options 1. Take gel off and put polish or 2 take everything off. Must I mention the package my husband got it required me to spent 6 hrs in the salon. Owner finally came to talk said it was not her problem. The nail tech refused to give me the service I wanted because she was in a rush . Hasn't been 2 full days and gel tips and rip. Owner was completely rude and disrespectful. This was my second time there and I will never go back ill keep my $500.00.
Update... a week later and I am still waiting on a phone from the owner

I recently visited AquaSpa for a facial and a massage, and I must say that both services were absolutely wonderful. The facial was refreshing and left my skin glowing, while the massage was incredibly relaxing and helped relieve a lot of my stress.
However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. The facility could benefit from a bit more cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the facial bed was quite wobbly, to the point where the therapist had to hold it steady for me to get on, which was not very relaxing.
Despite these issues, the quality of the facial and massage was excellent, and I would consider returning if the mentioned concerns are addressed.
Overall, a good experience that could be made even better with some improvements to the facility.

I had an 80 minute massage with Anna. It was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. The pressure was perfect throughout, and she was so friendly and welcoming. 5 stars all around.

Went with my sister to celebrate a big birthday! She had a gel manicure with chair massage and I had a pedicure. She thought the manicure was a bit rushed but the end result was lovely. The pedicure took quite a while with tremendous attention to detail! Abby was always asking what I wanted (basically if I wanted to be more rough or not with cleaning up the nails and feet). The treatment included a chair massage, scrub, lotion, hot stone massage, callus treatment. I thought it was a phenomenal service and want to commend her highly for the job well done. My feet feel so smooth and she even removed the rough parts that have been bothering me for so long. The chair massage was wonderful, and had my sister falling asleep from the relief. Therapist seemed to be overworked though. Overall great time :)

Need to work on communication and service level when it comes to resolving customer service issues. Customer retention requires a personal touch from front desk and management, and they really need to work on it.
