They up-charged for a full size SUV even though it was not full size. Deceiving practice. Tried explaining this to the manager but he did not appear to be interested in addressing.
The overall exterior and interior cleaning is mediocre. I almost always have to vacuum and clean again myself thereafter. Do not recommend.

I am not one to leave reviews, but I am disgusted by the service at this place. They scratched the interior of my car, did a poor job cleaning, and stole money from my car. The manager did not address the problems and tried to say it was impossible for the scratch to happen by his workers. Meanwhile, it was the first thing I noticed when I got back into my car. I will never be coming back here, and highly recommend you do not give business to this car wash. And based off of the owner’s responses to other reviews with complaints, they clearly had no desire to improve their poorly operated business and customer satisfaction.

I paid almost $30 for the Ultimate and when I got home I noticed the back wasn’t even vacuumed, windows dirty, mud spots still on car… DISAPPOINTED. Unfortunately I will never go there again and it wasn’t even busy! No wxxuses.

This car wash has a very disorganized method of the intake of cars to be washed. I do understand the need to keep the line limited and off of Rt. 9, however there are many patrons who are patiently waiting only to wait longer due to the disorganized line order. It should not be allowed that a new patron cut in front of as many as 4 or more cars because this isn't fair to the ones worrying and only increases the wait time. The wash isn't so great that I want to wait an hour or more. Poor management. Never going here again!

Worst carwash. They don't bother wiping any dirty areas inside. What's the sense of paying for the "Ultimate" if they aren't going to clean the car properly. All they care about is making money. You have 6 workers attacking your car at once and still manage not to do a good job.What a joke.

Highly disappointed in this. How is a Ceramic Plus $30.95 and you don’t even get the inside cleaned. The dashboard still looked dirty, the back of the car didn’t even look vacuumed. I was told a full service wash only is a wipe down but it barely looked wiped down. And how does a full service wash not include cleaning mats? I will never pay again for this service. And barely anyone here looked personable to speak to.

It's ok. You have to know what you want and tell them up ahead when you pull up and hand over the car for auto wash because there is no help to what services can be had or not. Drying crew is mostly mechanical, sorry about that. Once you show them they do it but they are just busy clearing the cars. Had to vacuum twice and ended up drying up with a towel myself.

Not worth the price. Windows not clean. Towels are not changed often enough. Exterior rear hatchback window dirty at top. Mats not vacuumed thoroughly. No issues with exterior.

Do not waste your money at this place it’s just might be the worst car wash I’ve ever been to is the second time my car was left dirty after they charge me $30 to clean it. The lady at the desk is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Will never bring a vehicle to this place again.
