BEWARE. My mom was cheated out of 4 stamps. They sneakily cut off the bottom row and put it in the little clear bag. She didn’t even notice … I did and showed her. She said when she bought them, the “nice lady” put them in a wax paper envelope for her. Obviously hiding the fact that it wasn’t a full sheet.Note: The left picture is what we got. The right picture is the full page she should have gotten.

Not sure why this small, efficient and friendly post office got such a low rating but I walked in & was waited on immediately from a friendly young lady who helped me find the correct box and packaging for me to ship a cell phone. She went above and beyond and was pleasant to work with. There was no line and it was clean and organized with great service with a smile ( ok she had a mask on so a smeyes) ... What more can we ask for?

Sign on door states post office might not open at 9:00 on Monday and Wednesday. It’s 10:05 on Tuesday and it’s closed. The opening times have been sporadic more than a month. The Postmaster should be ashamed and be fired for his ineptness. How can a government office run this way…it’s a disgrace!

Went to that location for the first time the other day and was really surprised by the level of customer care - I observed the young lady help the guy before me suggesting him better and cheaper option than he wanted to use; when it was my turn she greeted me with a big smile (you could see it despite her mask) and helped me with the same great attitude

The staff at the Margate Post Office work very hard. It is a busy location, and they are understaffed. These frontline workers are doing the best they can.

I avoid this post office at all costs: was here in January and waited a half an hour to deliver a letter. Slow and not well-managed. Today, I came at 10:30 am and there was a sign that vaguely said the post office would not be open on Friday or Monday at 9. What does that mean? If I ran my Organization this way, I would be ran out of town.

Staff is so friendly and the place is very clean. The staff was also very well informed and made this trip to the post office easy and seamless.

Very inept staff would not let me ship something internationally, called and talked to a spokesperson and they informed that this post station was wrong and that I am allowed to ship what i wanted to ship. Go elsewhere, not this place where you are treated rude and the "supervisor" won't even come out to explain anything.

Rudest customer service ever! We were yelled at for asking to borrow the priority tape for our priority package. We travel a lot and every post office in all the different states we have been to have allowed us to do so. Except this one. We were yelled at saying the policy changed three years ago and how all the other post offices are wrong. The tirent, Bernadette, then bathed how she is the shop steward and how she always has to correct people on this. I don't give a rat's a** who you are, don't yell at me. A simple sorry we no longer give out would have sufficed. We also over heard her complain to a customer that she can not lift heavy things because she just had surgery and continued with her grumpiness. It is no the customer's fault you came back to work too soon. Perhaps a job where you do not lift or deal with customers would suit her better.

The most rinky dink post office I've ever seen is in Margate. almost as bad as Longport. Usually one person working despite long lines. Try finding a working pen or the correct label for a package . not happening.
