Great class, amazing instructors! Studio is clean and beautiful! If you want to feel challenged and experience a variety of classes to level up your total self (mind and body) then The Zen Den is a must! In studio or online you will come out of class a better version of yourself!

I have been practicing at the Zen Den with Ari for over a decade almost two now. She is inspiring both physically pushing us to be stronger every day but her intentions also resonate to daily life. I’ve loved her Zoom classes for when we are not in margate! Prepare to be challenged many ways at the zen den!
