ShopSixtyFive in my experience has horrible customer service. I received an order which was sent to me in CA and returned it immediately because it was too big, with all tags. They received the order within 7 business days of my original delivery but would not issue me a refund because it was not within 7 calendar days, only a store credit. That is not how you treat customers.

Boy did we need ShopSixtyFive on the island! Linda is a dream to deal with and the selections she has in-store are age-inclusive and fun! There’s something for everyone! The shopping experience is always enjoyable! If you haven’t been yet, add it to your list! ShopSixtyFive is a MUST!
