“Visited this store today to do a exchanged for a friend 2/6/2024 , my excellent customer service began with a phone call to the store . The gentleman who answered the phone was so pleasant giving me directions from the hotel , I was at. Upon arriving in the store I was greeted by a young lady who had a smile on her face and answers to my questions for the exchange. She showed me T- shirts and displayed them so nice that I was able to video call the individual and show them the various selections available to them . Upon the person making their selections, I took to the register for the exchange and the same gentleman who answered the phone, handled the exchange. The customer service that I received from these two employees was above and beyond , that I would come back to this store to shop for myself. They both need to be recognized and appreciated by the company they work for, it's been a while for me to be inside a retail store , since I usually shop online. Their fantastic customer service reminds me of what, I can't get online! The two of them could work for anyone who interfaces with the public. Thanks for a phenomenal experience!”

“Went in today to exchange an online order. All the girls working there were absolute dolls. They were super helpful and friendly. This location in particular didn’t have what I needed, but I was able to make an online order and they were able to give me a promotion match that was going on in store. “We got a back to school haul here today for my 12 year old. She found so many cool new additions to her closet and had no sizing issues. The woman working the register was so nice and helpful. She located a pair of pants that we didn't see in her size and was really pleasant and solved our problem in a quick minute. It was a great shopping trip and had options for shorts and tees as well as more fall geared items like pants and sweats. Super happy that we decided to try the outlets in AC today instead of our usual mall trip. Parked about 2 blocks off the main drag and didn't have meters on that block which was great too.”

“UNPARALLELED shopping experience! I typically never find clothes that I like, I get overwhelmed in big department stores, and I always walk out of other stores frustrated & empty-handed. Until I discovered CHIC BOUTIQUE—life changing!
The inventory of beautiful clothes is so vast that I always walk out of there with a minimum of 2 shopping bags, (which is unheard of for me if I shop elsewhere— I don’t even like to shop!!)
The owners have a great eye and buy beautiful garments to stock in their lovely boutique.
But even beyond that, it’s the high-touch customer service that keeps me coming back to this spot.
The 2 ladies who run the store are exceptional. They give just the right amount of service: not too much where you feel like they’re pushing you to buy something, but enough that they’re always ON IT. They help you find things that would look great on you and they always take your armful of clothes to the dressing room so you don’t have to schlep them around while you’re browsing. It is the perfect amount of assistance.
They also give honest feedback in the dressing room ranging from: “That looks amazing on you!”, to “Nope. I don’t love it. Here, give it to me, I’ll put it back for you.”; so there is no hard-sell with this shopping experience. I honestly feel like I have my own personal assistant whenever I shop there.
They are truly a delight to work with and they have helped me SO much. The experience is so wonderfully atypical that I don’t even bother to shop anywhere else any more—nowhere. This is my one and only go-to place because it’s that successful, every time.
Ask for Meredith or Andrea when you go and I’m sure they’ll make your experience exceptional like they do for everyone. CHIC BOUTIQUE is a rare find.

“Came here November 27 2020 and the store is very nice and clean. Everyone had on mask and social distancing was being regulated. The sale was awesome and I love the texture of their clothes. I brought quite a bit of stuff, mainly sweaters and they had nice jackets on sale under $50. The staff were polite and courteous.”
