Didn’t charge me anything… they are the best and I will continue to use them for any of my car/truck issues?”

Jay was so kind when scheduling and went over initial pricing. From the beginning they set clear expectations for the customer. Next, I worked with Joe who was a really great communicator. He thoroughly explained the process and mirrored Jay's clear expectations about the pricing of services and the time frame it would take to complete the work. They under promised and over delivered by having my car done the same day.
The gentleman who checked me out, went over my bill in detail with me. Seriously? Over and beyond! I can't name another auto body shop who's ever taken the time to do this. He broke down the cost of parts and labor and reviewed each line of the bill. Very transparent & trustworthy.
The service was exceptional. They are so honest and fair. This past week the Cherry Hill dealership told me I needed front and rear brake pads. Walker's explained I only needed rear because I still have plenty of padding in the front. This saved me $1200 from the dealership's proposed work.
I spent years driving to Cherry Hill to have my cars worked on at the dealership. Now that I know about Walker's, I won't take my car anywhere else either.”
“Most honest automotive repair garage you will ever find. Will not up charge. Will only do repairs that are needed. Case in point, over eight years ago, brought my son older truck for his first car. Saw weird stuff on battery cables. Took it to Ocean Heights thinking I needed a new battery. Brian took truck, came back 15 minutes later and said battery was fine, just needed cleaning. Point being, he could have sold me a new battery and I would have never known. Been with Ocean Heights ever since.”

“I had did some research on my car so I knew what was wrong with it already however I was told by my mechanic to have my car towed to this place and so I did as requested a couple days later I received a call from the main mechanic tell me what I was suspecting already however what I did not know was my car had been recalled for the broken part so he told me to call Ford and they would cover everything and so I called them and indeed he was right, so I had the car towed and he charged me nothing for even checking and storage of my car. And Ford also will be covering my toe fee. I just want to say great guy Mr. Good deal. I would definitely recommend this place ❤️”
