Update (3/2024): another service call with Ed P. Top notch. On time. Professional. Respectful of our busy schedules. Great service all aroundFirst service call on my oil furnace. Art D. showed up on time, explained everything he was doing and what we should look out for. Very professional. Never felt pressured to purchase things we didn't need. Too early to tell if the problem was fully solved, but I have confidence based on his expertise and the transparency and explanations. Good all around service experience. Ed P was the service technician who came to the house today with James and Aden. They called ahead of time to let me know when they would be arriving. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Ed explained that an old pipe had to be replaced in order to do the whistle replacement that was needed on our very old oil tank. They sealed off openings to the outside so no critters could get into the house. I would recommend them for your home fuel needs.

I signed up with Woolley Fuel to supply my heating oil when I bought a new house in Maplewood. They came highly recommended by my sister who has lived here for 20 years. Woolley is always prompt, fairly priced and has gladly and graciously helped me through the learning curve of having a oil-heated home for the first time.5/2016: I had a fuel oil gauge replaced and my furnace serviced. Ed P was my technician. He arrived on time and was finished almost to the minute of when he said it would be completed. He let me know exactly what he did and I felt comfortable and well informed when he left.017 I had a service call responded to by Craig M, who gave excellent service, was super informative about what he was doing and gave me much needed pointers on how to keep my furnace maintained between service calls. - Great experience.I highly recommend Woolley for your home heating and HVAC needs.024. Oil furnace decided to quit on a Saturday evening in 20 degree weather. Technician Craig M. came out within an hour and got it up and running. Woolley came to the rescue once again. Craig was awesome, informative about what caused it and possible next steps, and saved the day. Thanks guys!
