Placed a $500 wine order 10 days ago. Order was finally shipped onFriday Dec 3.I was told it would arrive on Saturday Dec. 4 by end of the day.Saturday at 5 pm I received a text that its delayed and will be delivered by the end of the day on Dec 5.Sunday Dec 5 arrives and ends, no delivery.All the while the message from FedEx for 2 days said the pkg is on the truck out for delivery.I received another text that my delivery will arrive on Monday.Better yet the warehouse is only 30min from my house and its 3 days.Keep in mind that the order needs to be signed for.Am I expected to take a day off from work to sign for this?I contacted Wine.Com and have not heard anything from this company.This company has zero customer service.If you need an order for the holidays shop elsewhere due to its unreliable delivery network and virtually no customer service

Some delivery delays and selection has been a bit hit or miss lately. Overall happy with them and Wine.com has issued some gift cards to make up for the issues which makes up for the issues.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!I ordered a $100 gift basket for my boss on 12/4/20 and it said it was delivered 12/21/20. I come to find out only part was delivered because the other part was out of stock. Never got a call or email notifying me of the problem or offering a stock option. The shipped the Christmas ggift balance a month later! Wish I had seen the bad reviews first.

I wish there was a "zero star" for rating. Recently ordered one-of-a-kind Scotch for a special occasion . After waiting 10 days , received COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ITEMS IN THE BOX. Tried to reach them online chat and then called them three times , they have told me the items are sold out and there is nothing they can do. Tried to reach a manager and left messages several times , but sill as of now , no one even tried to solve the issue. It's very sad and i am sure you wouldn't have this kind of customer relationships even in third world countries.

Bought gift card for my friend's birthday. My friend never received it on the day. I was informed the site is experiencing technical difficulties only after I contacted them the next day. No solution was offered until I pushed for it.Had to cancel!Terrible customer service. The reps are not answering questions correctly and trying to finish the chat before the issue is resolved. Ordered once and never again. Only part of my order shipped and zero communication on the second part of the shipment. When I followed up a month later their customer service department only told me they couldn’t tell me when I’d get my shipment and then I had to continually follow up to get a refund. Still waiting for my money. I’ll stick with my local wine store.

Can someone please answer the customer service line? Our corporate gift cards to wine.com were supposed to be delivered today via email and they havent been. Now the rep that helped place the order is MIA... No one is answering the phone or emails. We told our employees that they were receiving them today and paid over $13000 for these.... what happened??!

Worst place to order from. . Same issue as everyone else, my order was delayed 2 weeks, with 0 communication whats causing delays, when I reached out. I got a basic dry response that some items might be on b/o and causing a delay, the next thing I know Only part of my order shipped and the second part of the shipment cancelled due to being on back order, guess what, never got a refund on account or a refund back to my card, Still waiting for my money. I’ll stick with other online or local stores.

I too wish there was a "zero" rating. Have been trying to place a corporate sales order for WEEKS - emails, calls, messages - zero response. Just waited onhold for another attempt - 25 minutes. I even received a "how'd we do?" survey . . . and got zero reply after I wrote a terrible review. In this day & age, I'm just surprised how there could be such terrible customer service - don't pretend to have a corporate sales department - around the holidays - if you don't ever reply!

Had a great experience with my first couple of orders, but now it seems like there is something wrong with this company. I have been charged for my order which shows in their system as not yet shipped, expected delivery date of 3 days ago! No answer from so-called "customer service". I checked reviews and they have a D- rating from BBB, terrible reviews all over the place. I wish I had read those reviews before signing up for a year long subscription to their "stewardship" program! Money wasted, apparently. Have they gone out of business without shutting down their e-commerce site? Maybe.
