Went to the branch in regards to a home refinance......all aspects of the process was horrible!!!! At closing I became aware that Wells Fargo added a second loan and my contact was put on a 3 way call with my contact at the branch.....oh I saw that they added something that wasn't supposed to be there.....he did nothing. All Wells Fargo and the Team was only interested in there commission payday. Run away from doing any mortgages with Wells Fargo.....horrible, horrible experience!!!!!!

I've been here for about 45 minutes waiting in line for a teller. 45!!! There is ONE TELLER, who has been working with ONE customer this entire time.

Just experienced an extremely rude teller at this location. To add insult to injury, her manager tried to justify it. Let's stop using COVID as reason to be rude and do your job poorly. I'll never handle my banking with this teller again in this branch. I've been coming here too long to deal with that nonsense.

Wells Fargo Maplewood located at 2945 White Bear Avenue:3:00 PMFriday, April 17, 2020 After sitting in a drive-through line for nearly an hour I was still not able to be served by a teller due to the long line. At 3:55 PM masked security guards came out of the branch and placed orange cones in front of the cars not yet served in the open row. I rolled down my window and asked what was going on. I was told "sorry, hard stop at 4PM; please turn around and exit." It was at that point I concluded once and for all I was DONE WITH WELLS FARGO. It is a horrible business which places little to no value on hospitality and customer service. Hello credit union, good-bye Wells. I was a customer for 25 years and should have switched long ago - silly me. I currently have three accounts with Wells that represent high six figure balances. It will feel good to yank them.

Worst bank location ever. I waited to see a banker and 3 other people came in and waited. They were served first. I waited 30 minutes to see someone and was never served. I have 4 accounts with them from another state for over 20 years. I also had an incident with them with a mortgage closing where they didn't have my closing funds ready or wouldn't accept a wiring from another bank. My loann officer had to switch my closing date. Absolutely horrible horrible service and horrible horrible (I cannot say it enough) location. I will be withdrawing all my funds or driving further to another location.

Attn banking customers... bank locally! This would be a 1-star experience, except that I received such a wonderful & warm greeting from Julia V. (teller) and Abel (a greeter?), and got good phone service from Patrick. The rest of this branch, however, needs to take a lesson on customer service! I've had an account for over 5 years. I was told there would be no fees, as long as I maintained a minimum balance. (I don't use this account... it just holds a minimum amount of $ so I can cash checks from WF.) Well, 2 years into it, WF started charging fees, which caused my balance to drop, leading to additional fees! I called, got the fees taken care of. (Great service back then). Then, 6 months ago, I see that I'm getting dinged $10/month AGAIN! I called & Patrick saw the problem and took care of it, and explained how I could fix it permanently. I came in today to solve the problem. Brenda U. (a personal banker) was really snarky and had the audacity to say "Why did you take so long to come in?" Um, is that really your business? It doesn't matter if it takes 2 weeks or a month. WF's system still goofed by suddenly activating the fees. She talked to her branch manager Jessica, and they agreed that I had waited too long, so even though I was never supposed to be charged in the first place, they wouldn't be waiving the charges. (Can't help but wonder if I had come up with a better excuse if Brenda would have thought that WF should keep its agreement.) Needless to say, I closed my account. And after reading the other scathing reviews on Google, I guess I'm not alone!

Great costumer service. I came in to pay my credit card bill and the teller was extremely helpful. She was very informative in helping me out. She did not rush me at all and gave me all the information I needed. Two thumbs up!!

Like any bug bank their all about finding ways to stick you with fees. Although I haven't been stuck yet, if you don't use your debit card so many times per month, they will charge you a fee. My savings account was closed because it had a zero balance for a few weeks, which I'd no big deal, but they ere very insistent on signing some papers to have it reopened. I was on a rush, but did it anyway. Didn't take too long, but I left again with another huge folder of paperwork and brochures. I felt it was a waste of my time, their time, and a waste of paperwork which I had no idea what to do with it. Very friendly and fun people tho.

Transferred all my business here. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, & made the process painless. Wells Fargo offers plenty of deals based on employment... Always a perk. They met all of my needs in one place. Investments options, savings, insurance, safety deposit, etc. & a follow up phone call to answer any questions is always appreciated.
