The Village Wine Shop is an unassuming downtown gem with a great selection - not too big, not too small, offering a lot of variety and quality. The staff, such as Angline, consistently provide excellent customer service, going the extra mile to help and ensure customers are treated exceptionally well, even in small gestures like holding an umbrella. The store is highly recommended, with the knowledgeable and personable staff, like Glenn, who can assist customers within their budget for all their wine, beer, and liquor needs.
Best wine/liquor shop in Maplewood/South Orange. Customer Service is top notch and way above what you get at some other stores in the area. The guys here have introduced me to some fantastic wines, specifically Italian reds and whites that are among my favorites now. 5/5!
