I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars. The store is beautiful and the selection of toys is so, so good. Items are arranged very thoughtfully and I especially appreciate how the toys are inclusive of different races and ethnicities (dolls and books, for example). Owner Indira is so lovely. She patiently and graciously helped me navigate a challenging situation with my overtired 5yo! I will be back, for sure!

My favorite toy store ever! The perfect place for any child or even adults who are into whimsical little creations. A friendly vibe as soon as you walk in and when you leave. The store smells great, clean, and has a wide range of toys newborn to age 99. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

I love coming to this store every time I get the chance. I do have three lovely children and they enjoy coming here as well. In addition, the store is gorgeous, clean, and organized and has educational toys. I also have an amazing connection with the owner who speaks Spanish and shares the same thoughts because we are both from the same country so which makes my trip to the store even better and their staff are so wonderful as well. I am extremely excited about their new location in Summit can't wait to visit. Amo esta tienda de juguetes

We've spent well over $1000 at this place over the last few years. They don't have anything I couldn't get online, but we love to support local businesses. It's cute in there and the quality of product is great. Today, I was there with my potty-training 3 year old and 6 year old, shopping for a couple of birthday presents. The 3 year old needed to potty. The employees told us that they didn't have a bathroom. I said, "I come here all the time. I know you have a bathroom. I've used it." They unapologetically stated that the owner told them no bathroom use for customers. I was confused. They were matter-of-fact and insistent that this is the policy of the owner. I said, "This is a shop for little kids. You don't let kids use the bathroom?" They insisted no- that it was the policy of the owner. If this is true (I can't image they were lying to me), I just can't support the place. My three year old peed her pants while we were still in there. I spent the last $130 I will ever spend at Toy Division. Now I'll make the drive to Montclair to shop local for kids toys.

Stopped in yesterday with my son to buy toys for a gift basket for my nephew after purchasing baby art supplies across the street. As we walked in I made note that the person did not acknowledge us whatsoever. Instead, they carried on a conversation with another customer. We browsed the entire store and made our way from the front to the back several times without so much as a nod or wave of acknowledgment. The conversation continued in Spanish and as an Indigenous-Ecuatoriana I was excited for the chance for my son to connect with other Spanish speakers in town. I hope colorism has nothing to do with this but as a dark-skinned morena, I did not feel welcome whatsoever.We left without purchasing anything and will probably not shop there again.

I placed an online order for the first time and received an item with a small flaw (it was incredibly small and no normal person would have noticed it until actually trying to use the item, but unfortunately the nature of the flaw prevented the item from actually functioning). Toy Division was incredibly prompt in responding to my message - the whole issue was resolved in a single business day - and sent out a replacement immediately. Mishaps are bound to happen so I think it’s the response that sets businesses apart. This one was great! I’ll make a point to shop here again.

If you need a gift for a child that you won’t find in a random store, Toy Division is where you want to visit. The staff is super helpful. You’ll be out with a chosen item gift-wrapped within minutes. This store is a wonderful idea!

We finally brought our almost 7 year old daughter her and she said it’s one of her most favorite stores ever! The curated toys are all so special and she wanted to purchase everything. The customer service was wonderful and love having this in our town

If you need toys that are hard to find, then this the place to go! They have everything that you possibly imagine and more. I was able to find the perfect game for my five old grandson and he was so pleased.

Love that curbside pickup is so easy. I called asking for availability of a specific item- they had it in stock, and I was able to pay over the phone and pick it up (contactless) same-day!
