Very nice Starbucks. I came here to wait for friends before dinner plans and decided to work from the Starbucks. The train parking lot is free to park in but there is also street parking. Many tables to sit at.

Seriously don't bother going here in the morning. 30+ minute wait for a cup of tea. Either figure out how to staff it properly, start prioritizing walk-ins instead of piling up a garbage dump of abandoned mobile orders, or just stop taking walk in orders. Taking someone's order next to a train station without letting them know that it's going to be over 30 minutes to get a simple drink is just unacceptable for a business like this.

The customer service was great! The manager was very helpful with what drink to get! (It was so good). It is the best Starbucks in the area 5/5 stars.

Took over 40 minutes for my drink to be made. I placed a mobile order at 8:15 with the estimated finished time for 8:26. Arrived to the store at 8:30, got my food in around 8:35 but still had to wait longer for my drink. I saw a guy order the same guy as me at the store a get his drink within 5 mini while I still was waiting. After it hit 8:55 I left without the even getting my drink. Usually my mobile order only take around 10-15 minutes but every time I place an order on Tuesday, it always take a ridiculous long time to get anything.

Slowest Starbucks on the planet, rude, inattentive, lazy, and slow workers. Walked in today and ordered one drink (the easiest one to make btw a chai latte, I used to work at a Starbucks) there was no one in front of me in line and it took 13 minutes for me to get my drink. The employee making drinks was moving like a zombie. This is the second time I've come to this Starbucks and had a terrible experience. The first time I came in and ordered a regular coffee and croissant. I start work at 11:30, and work 50 feet from the Starbucks, I came in here at 11. My coffee wasn't ready until 11:13, and the croissant I had to come back for because by 11:30 it still wasn't ready. I come back and ask for the croissant and turns out it's been sitting on the counter behind the dumbass cashier who heated it up and just forgot about it. The entire time I was waiting I had a feeling that was my croissant, but every employee I asked to check it out for me insisted that it wasn't, or just ignored me. Again having worked in a Starbucks I'm normally pretty empathetic and understanding of the issues the employees face. This however, is beyond any empathy I can muster. I understand employees work as hard as they're paid to, and Starbucks pays like shit, but this is really on another level. Every employee moves like they have lead in their shoes, there's no cohesion or communication, just random employees completing random tasks as slowly as they can. Stay away. There's a great local coffee shop about 150ft down the road that is both cheaper, better, absurdly faster, and much more pleasant to deal with. It's called village coffee. You can order a coffee and sandwhich any time of the day and be assured you'll receive both within five minutes. The food there is super good too. There is quite literally 0 reasons to ever frequent this trash ass dumpster fire of a store.

Incredibly slow. Even adding an online order in advance. Wait 15min for a drip coffee. Management really needs to look into speed of

Horrid. They have tons of employees who move at a glacial pace. I waited 25 mins for a plain black coffee and had to leave because I was going to miss my train. Not the first time. Complete and utter chaos every day.

Part 3. - and so the final part and the conclusion to my has come to the end. when god will ask of your doings, I’m sure instead of saying that you did a good job by falling what’s inside the book, he’ll ask you why you didn’t help some one when you knew all along it was right thing to do, because when he will ask you all this questions, those that told you what to do in life will not be there by your side to help you and assist in answers that you need to give the one that seats above and knows where we all go when we away from others.?☝?thank you all for your time

Part 2. In order to give others water in my perspective, you don’t need to follow guidance, handbook, rules and regulations because what you really need to be is just human Tyler, what the most us forgetting in the present days. It’s not personal, even though i make it seem like it is, but what it truly is, is just a reaction to actions that people choose to take because we all have a choice between what actions to take in every scenario our live is placing us on daily basis. It’s important to remember being human without what your handbook may dictate you. I’m sure that Tyler-The manager didn’t think that by saying “wait” to a person, customer or perhaps a guest that sets his foot in establishment that Tyler-The manager choose to be a part of without anyone helping him decide whether or no be employed by, Tyler doesn’t think few steps ahead and that his childish actions with the attitude of a tough individual which really shows more bully side in a person not his strength, can lead in a consequences in which it can cause a harm to another human being, who genuinely with respect just asked you for a splash of water in a cup. to be honest the point of it all is to stay human no matter what and most importantly to stay true to yourself be just simply nice despite you hurt and paint that others cause us and not turn into those who did us wrong. the strength Tyler-The manager is to be individual, not like those others who say “wait” for water. Strength is in being an example and an idea, inspiration to what person can become when others say “wait” for something important that can make and impact in someone life, while others just make it happen right away with no excuses. Strength is to show those others who choose to close door in their own heart because of fear being hurt repeatedly again over and over by loved once or by those we call our friends that it’s is just only a choice of yours and decision we choose to make and that instead of living in the fear and pretend to be someone that you are really not. In my perspective strength is in saying to others that you have already everything you need inside of you to be enough as a person that you already is right now and limitations that we put upon ourselves is just the product of our own thoughts that we project and send our way because of those who made us feel this way around us, together with all those shiny, fancy things and items we see out there in the catalog, tv and movies that we surround us with by our own choice. Those fancy things out there meant not to help or liberate ourselves from our own fears that we didn’t overcame when we were younger but they exist to make us think that being strong is to idealize and glorify the wealth and glamor but in reality it makes us trapped more deeper in the illusion and believe that in order for you to be the person the you need to be and to feel the best and great as you are today, you need expensive clothes, jewelry, twelve hundred cars, three stories house and the life way of rock star but what you really need is just be you, your self. You can listen to the book that tells you when to be nice to others or you can already be nice, do good deeds because you like how it makes you feels indeed, despite what others think and tell you. strength is when you don’t live in fear showing other who you are while others try to be some one they not. It’s also nice to remember that what ever happens on this earth is only temporary and we all mortal after all, but what I choose to do is to live knowing that I stayed myself and was strong enough to help someone just to help, because apparently it is now something we forget about often and what perhaps I’m hear to do now really is just simply shine and be that bright reminder and the voice of light within ourself that calls to us and motivates to be yourself, be human, don’t pretend, don’t be afraid to show your true identity, your character, uniqueness that all other tell you that is wrong. (Conclusion to my store will be next, final part)

Absolutely terrible service. I've been coming here for years but today was the last straw. I had to wait 25 minutes for iced coffees. That's it. Nothing special, just a bit of cream. Nearly a half and hour wait.It was a bit crowded so I didn't say anything but literally everybody else had been served. I finally had enough and asked about where my order was and was told curtly "I was next". Really? Because you seem to have been doing every other thing for the last 10 minutes. It took her 30 seconds to make it. No apology, no warmness. Just get out. They started laughing too, like I'm the person in the wrong. She obviously forgot a bank of drinks, literally the easiest ones to make and I get the brunt of it.Never again.

I love Starbucks but this location has some terrible employees, Not all of them are bad but some give the worst customer service, which opposite from Starbucks' standard.
