“Great store if you can get your size. If you need a wide size.. don't waste your time. The comfy walking shoes were not there. The two pair for $90 is a good deal. But make sure you only get the unstructured inner soles.Other shoes are 3rd rate. I did buy two pair and I am a very difficult customer.”

“I decided to give this place a try as I had knee replacement surgery and needed to get proper measurements of my feet to get the right sneakers to be able to walk. A salesperson named Joseph took great care of me and was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He made me feel at ease as I was still nervous and wobbly with my walking. He assisted me with many different options and even helped me walk while trying on the sneakers. Joseph gave me a lot of encouragement regarding my slow recovery and made it a great experience. I found the perfect pair of shoes for stability to help me function better during this hard time. Thank you again Joseph!”

Well I decided to call New Balance outlet to see if they had them before taking a long ride for nothing! Let me say this...Amanda (the manager) took my phone call, very courteous, she looked for me, found it in my size (only a few left) and held them!!
