I called to inquire about a paint and the lady that just answered the phone could not have been any less helpful. Why are you employing people that simply do not want to be there and answer customer questions? We live in a world where we have options, thankfully, so customer service matters. I will be buying my paint from Benjamin Moore instead. They are farther away from me but I received a much higher level of customer service just now on the phone. Please do not respond to my post and ask me to call you to discuss. You blew it already! Train your staff on how to be courteous, helpful and pleasant.

It is a very personalized experience. This was my first time doing a painting project of my own, and the guys were very helpful in walking me through step by step. They were clear in explaining the differences between the paint and helped me pick what would work best for myself and family.
