Another service station installed struts and shocks and two new tires, but afterwords my car made a low, annoying sound. When I took my car back to get that fixed they said they didn’t hear this sound.
Richard’s took the time, treated the issue seriously, and solved the problem, no hassles. They also washed my car! Thank you Richard’s!!!

Went to Richard service fire stone tire place gas station bought pro Continental tires, which is $300 brought to tires cost over $600. Both of the tires was under warranty the first tire got damage they replaced it the second tire got damage and I’m left with a $300 loss. Someone said don’t buy tires from gas station like that buy fire stone has been known for bad tire service

Richards is the only place I will take to get my car serviced. Ben and the rest of the team are so helpful and are always available to take care of whatever issues I’m having big or small. I can’t recommend it enough.

Rented a Penske truck through this place. Lady behind the desk was great. But 2 star review because when I returned the truck at 4:30pm on a Saturday. They had closed up for the day even though their hours are until 5pm.

I brought my Honda CRV at Richard’s Service Station. Ben assisted me in explaining what was wrong with my car and why it was overheating. As an Uber and Lyft driver I have to keep my car in optimal conditions.
Thanks to his honest advice and impeccable customer service as well good prices I was back on the road in no time. I also love that they provided me with lifetime warranty in all their work.

I went to Richard’s Service Station for a synthetic oil change and low tire pressure light to be checked on my 2018 Hyundai Tucson. I scheduled my appointment two hours beforehand. My car was completed on time and excellent condition of my car and a free car wash was provided. The mechanics were very good and knowledgeable about their work. I’ll definitely go back for another visit.Services: Tires

I've attended this shop on numerous occasions however, The last 3 visits 3 Saturday's in a row (for the same issue) was disappointing! The problem isn't with the mechanics, the problem is with the older lady at the front desk (incompetent, intentionally sabotage my car maintenance time/ never informed the mechanics of the services needed until hours later) and the guy who normally services the gas area (obnoxiously nasty and rude towards paying customers). Im not sure if they are the owners however, my wish is that the good mechanics working there get their own shop! I was treated unfairly unprovoked!! I will not return to this shop no thanks to those two! If this shop does not want to service African American customers and would rather ONLY service Indian Americans & Hispanic Americans then they should simply say this so that us African Americans can spend our hard earned money elsewhere!
