Visited the Maplewood Ricciardi store and was treated with excellent customer service by Juan Perez, the assistant manager. He went out of his way to help me with paint selection (I am a layman, not a painter), succinctly explained the ability to combine various products, answered all of my many questions to my fullest satisfaction, while at all time behaving in a very friendly and professional way. I highly recommend this store to anybody!

I’ve read tons of the reviews here but unfortunately my experience was NOT good. I waited almost an hour to get 2 gallons of paint. I gave it to Nicole and throughout this whole frame, it would have been nice to just be told the time frame it would take, due to getting a larger order that took priority over mine. The other person was apologetic after I asked again. But just common courtesy and better communication would have made the difference.

As a contractor they did charge me 50 % more than other BM paint stores .they said they gave a discount if you are not a pro I don"t know much much more they are foing to rip you offStay away !!!!
