HORRIBLE experience. The pharmacist working there was insanely rude. There are plenty of hard working people in family owned pharmacies down the street but this one is ATROCIOUS. Please never support this business if you want to be treated with the slightest bit of respect.

This pharmacy is a great benefit to our great community. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and always find very kind and caring people working there. Highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone

This location has low stock and the worst customer service. It's almost as if they don't want customers shopping there. If they go out of business, they can't blame it on covid.

Terrible service. The older black woman who handles the prescriptions is very rude & inconsiderate. She should have more training on how to speak to people & treat people. I will not be coming back here to support this company again.

I'm always glad to have a selection of local businesses to choose from when deciding where to spend my money. The recent consolidation of pharmacy chains and the tendency toward de facto monopolies also made me think twice about what kind of businesses I appreciate having in our community. Conveniently located at the intersection of Springfield Avenue and Tuscan Road, Lexann Pharmacy harks back to the era of neighborhood shops. There is often parking nearby, and almost always within a block of the shop, which is a helpful factor to consider. While it may not be a parking lot, walking on an actual sidewalk seems to be almost a forgotten pleasure. Inside, you'll find all the usual medications, toiletries and sundries as you'll find in larger stores. There's an ice cream freezer with excellent Talenti gelato flavors, a toy aisle for those last-minute gifts, greeting cards and a decent selection of treats to satisfy your sweet tooth. But one of the nicest aspects of visiting Lexann Pharmacy is that it's never crowded, and the pharmacist is personable, warm and knowledgable. Those factors alone make it a pleasant trip. Highly recommended!
