If I could give no stars I would. The staff at this location is VERY rude and unprofessional.

Lady at the front desk was very rude. As I waited to get my name called she had been calling a name numerous times which the only similarities between the two was the letter A.
She said she called me many times and I’d even been paged. I said what you called is different from my name and tried gaslighting me to say well if it sounded like your name you should have assumed that was the name.
She asked for my last name and upon spelling it she says I haven’t called you up yet actually. There are three people ahead of you. Ma’am then what was all that in the beginning for?
No matter the space you are in advocate for yourself and know that no can speak up better for yourself than you.

Monica was incredibly professional and helpful. Very courteous throughout the visit and went the extra mile to ensure that my ordered test was found and was completed in a timely manner.

Although not the most beautiful building, they are always very nice when I go there. April was running the front desk and despite the long line was very efficient. The tech who drew the blood was excellent.

Waiting time is too long!! Not sure , but looks like it’s the same person at the window who also takes the blood samples. They need more employees to help especially on a crowded day.

Ms. April is amazing she professional , kind and overall a joy . She’s able to draw from my whole family the first time and not turn us into human pincushions. We love her to pieces.

Receptionist was a horror to work with. Rude, impatient, and just overall unprofessional. The woman who withdrew my blood was kind and patient and did a great job. Not sure why everyone was met with such hostility upon walk in but I hope they fire her soon.

This was the dirtiest Labcorp I’ve ever been to. We took my 8 month old baby for blood work and once we went into the room we realized there was a bloody bandaid on the floor, dirty tissues and needle caps on the floor and blood on the gauze pack. We immediately left and told the receptionist about the mess and blood and she didn’t seem concerned or surprised. Absolutely disgusting.

This place is no better than the DMV. The women at the front follows her own rules. doesn't call in people based on when they signed in and clearly favors certain people. Very sad to see a business being run like this. Shame on LabCorp for employing people who act so unprofessionally.

These guys are fantastic. Very cheerful. Only two people was working when I went in and they took care of everyone with patience and ease.

I love this place, I’m a hard stick and they know how to draw my blood without sticking me 5 times. With them I’m one and done.
