My husband was out of town in West Orange, NJ , on his bithday. We've been married for almost 40 years and rarely have we been apart for birthdays. I. called Gefkens on the day of his birthday for same day delivery. Laura asked a few questions and expressed a few concerns. Even though the request would require her to purchase things she did not normally stock, she was not deterred. I can truly say she exceeded my expectations. The basket is beautiful and I am certain my husband will LOVE because I certainly do.

LOVE Gefken! We moved here a few months ago and I’ve used them on all flower occasions so far (attached photo is an arrangement for my wife and matching smaller one for our daughter). Quality is super high and most importantly, this family is SO nice and special. A pleasure to work with and I love getting caught up in conversation with them. I’ll be back many times.

In a pinch and not wanting to go to a grocery store for my flowers, I called this shop and the person working there was extremely helpful and accommodating! I told them the flowers were for my students performing in a spring concert, and they went ahead and individually wrapped each flower!! It was so cute. I told my students all about this small act of kindness, and will definitely be back next time I need flowers. 10/10! ?

This is a late review that should have been done months ago.y horn of plenty was soooooo beautiful and fresh and very full. My horn of plenty lasted about 3 weeks! Unbelievable!

Gefken Flowers provided my flowers for my wedding over the summer, and then for our wedding reception in October and they did such an amazing job!! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! The bouquets were incredible, the boutonnieres were so beautiful!! My husband and I and our families could not have been happier with how the flowers came out! The owners are so kind, so sweet, so responsive and creative! Everything was perfect! I highly highly recommend them for all your flower needs

Beautiful flowers and peaceful greenhouse! They go above and beyond!! Its a family owned shop so things are a bit more laid back. They are very nice and professional people. As for their flowers, every time I get an arrangement from Gefkens it is absolutely beautiful and last for days. I actually have tulips and gerber daisies on my kitchen table that I got last week...and they're still perfect! If your looking for a great flower shop with fresh flowers and a greenhouse, go to Gefkens:)) And I believe it's Laura, not Laurie...
