I bought a refurbished mac book pro. It’s works well no problems whatsoever and I received it a day early. Great company with fair prices. Also bought multiple bottles of cologne over the years from this company for very good prices.

Ordered a apple watch from them thru backmarket. It came locked to another user and am still trying to get refunded. Customer service was absolutely awful. Lady was unprofessional and rude and refused to help with anything. I'll be contacting attorney General on this as well this company seems to be selling stolen and broken items under false claims of being "refurbished".

This company shipped me a MacBook Pro with a hole in the screen. Yes, a hole. And then wouldn’t replace it without me returning and even then, would only get a refund (they refused to replace) with like 20 different stipulations.

I ordered an iphone from eLGeo through Back Market and it looked okay until I tried the SIM card. Nothing worked out and I called my carrier to learn from the technical service department that the phone is a STOLEN PHONE. eLGeo may have just sold without knowing that but still it was very disappointing. Not professional and high risk from my perspective.

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM ELGEO!! I lost $353 to this company that I will never ever see again! They practice DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. First, I purchased an iPhone listed by eLGeo on the Back Market platform that was listed as “Fully Unlocked” to work with any carrier and in “Excellent” condition, with a description of: “The durability scores of the item are the highest possible at Back Market. The risk of encountering technical problems is close to zero.” I was guaranteed repair or replacement in the unlikely event that an issue were to arise. I paid expedited shipping to receive the phone in 2 days. I didn’t receive the phone until the SIXTH day!When I charged and powered on the phone and installed a SIM card, the phone did not read the SIM card. I used another SIM card from a family member’s phone….nothing. I went to the T-Mobile store to see if I needed to purchase and activate a brand new SIM card. They tested a SIM card in the slot a said that the phone would not recognize ANY SIM card. The phone was completely useless! So the seller provided a return label, via UPS Ground service, which took another SEVEN days!When eLGeo received the phone they let me know that they would repair or replace it, but if they could not do either then a refund would be issued. I EXPLICITLY explained that I could not accept a refund via the original payment method as that bank account is closed and I have zero access to it. They advised me that they were unable to repair the phone, which I have NO IDEA why it was sent to to me in the first place not even operable, and that they did not have an equivalent product to replace it with, so they would process a refund. I REPEATED for the second time (I would go on to have to repeat this multiple times, about 5 times in capital letters clearly explaining not to issue a refund to that payment method and that I have ZERO ability to access it if they do) that under no circumstance can the refund be issued to the original bank account.I requested that a check be sent to my shipping/billing address in lieu of a card refund, as I understand that the policy of not refunding a different card or bank account is a safety precaution. I also said a store credit to Back Market would be just fine. This request was ignored!I was told my situation was being escalated so that a solution could be found and I was asked if I have another bank account that can be refunded or a PayPal account. I said I would happily provide alternate banking information. This was also ignored! I have record of this entire conversation.In the end the company claims to have refunded my original payment method after I said UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should this be the outcome; it is the ONLY completely unacceptable outcome. I have no idea if this is true or not because I don’t have access to that account as I warned them many many times. I have no lost $353 because they advertised a phone as in Excellent working condition and Unlocked for all carriers and it was NEITHER; then they didn’t have the competence or care to work out a store credit or a refund which I would actually receive.Thew ONLY acceptable options for resolution are: a refund to the new bank account, a check for the order total, or a phone provided to me that actually matches the description of what I spent my hard earned money on!!

My item was arrived defective from the company eLGeo Corp through Walmart.com. I contacted them to resolve the issue & they basically told me they weren’t going to do anything about it. I contacted Walmart customer service & they had to refund me back for the item. I would NEVER do business with this company or recommend them to anyone!

I purchased 2 Gs + phones they were locked and needed a pin after receiving the pin it didnt work I sent them a video of what was happening and I have not received an answer of what to do or if they received my video.
