59 days out from pre-owned purchase, finally got registration and took vehicle for inspection - DID NOT PASS. Dry rot in tires that was well disguised by tire shine at time of sale. Currently working to resolve with management as I had to drop over $1,000 getting wheel locks removed (because they did not give me a key for them) replacing all 4 tires, and getting a new set of wheel locks. Will see how this plays out and update further (9/2/24)

My sales consultant was Aubrey, who was excellent. My brand new A6 has a rattling sound coming from the sunroof and has wrinkled leather on the front passenger seat. Not so excellent.

Called about a vehicle, had a great experience with the gentleman that handles the online inquiries who then handed me off to Kyle. Initial communication was fine; however, we couldn't agree on a deal. A day goes by, I reached back out seeing if the car was still available, which it was, I agreed on the original deal minus the charge for nitrogen in the tires. Kyle said he will bring the offer to the used car sales manager when he gets back from break. 7 hours later, I receive a note saying that someone came in and put a deposit on the vehicle (after I agreed to the deal, cash in hand ready to go) but they had until noon the next day to find a co-signer, otherwise the "car is yours". I followed up (once again) at noon and have yet to hear a response. We called and spoke to the sales manager who informed us that the car was sold...to someone else (not me or the 2nd inquirer). 3 days of trying to make a deal. No communication. I've never dealt with a dealership that I had to continue to follow up with. Maybe other members of the sales team are better. I get it, if you're new to the working lifestyle or new to sales, fine. But communication is common sense. Avoid doing any business with Kyle if you make the decision to reach out to this dealership.

Exact same thing that happened with Ellen Clark (review) here has happened with us. Our temporary registration on Audi A6 has expired on Aug 8th despite repeated follow ups, we have no updates or plates. Very, very disappointed with this level of service and total lack of communication!

The worst! You don’t have your talk down to people, make personal and scathing statements. I am still a customer, yes - with a limited budget and you can say no instead of being mean and all the above. Sad, one person can tarnish the image of a brand, for life.
