Pharmacy is terribly slow
Self checkout machines are inefficient and slow, and there aren’t any cashiers nearby to help

My experience at this CVS today was one that was less than desirable. First let me say that I have picked up packages on a few occasions from this location and the previous store associates were awesome!!! Today I came in to retrieve a important package that I needed for this Easter weekend, the young man that was helping me could not find it, so he went to find someone else to assist in the matter, a young lady who stated that she is the manager (Chavez) attempting looking for it aswell. She then told me they couldn't find my package, told me to leave my number and they would call me if it was located, clearly it was delivered because I received a tracking update letting me know it was there, also the young man said that he could see with his scanner that the package was delivered and signed for by Chavez who stated she was not there and someone else used he scanner to sign for my package. The biggest issue for me was Chavez' s attitude when I asked her if she could call UPS today after she offered to. Her answer to me was NO! I then asked her if she could call her boss which she did ( Arial ) Arial was super nice in trying to help me with this issue. CHAVEZ'S needs a in-service in customer service, although her mouth didn't say much her body language, demeanor and the rolling of the eyes said it all!!!

I’ve tried to give this CVS location a chance but every time , not sometimes , every time I go in there they are always out of stock! Shelves are empty. Not much of a selection like most cvs. Prices are higher then most locations, Unfortunately I will drive to Union location they are 24hrs , staffed and shelves are always stocked

A pharmacy where you can find almost everything in medicines and varieties for personal hygiene. Good service and ample free parking.

There is an extremely rude pharmacist at this location. They couldn't clarify my questions and they spoke back to me with a rude attitude. I have no idea if this person was a man or a woman. It sounded like a man, but honestly could've been a woman. So incredibly rude, zero customer service and this person hung up on me. They should be fired immediately. I will have to change pharmacies after this experience.

This is the worst CVS drug Store, I have ever had the displeasure of shopping in! I asked the person behind the pharmacy counter to please have someone open the plexiglass section, where the allergy medicine is kept under lock and key. First, she never looked at me to recognize me, when I approached her for assistance. Secondly, when I said excuse me, she made an utterance; which isn’t a professional response to a customer. No one ever came to assist me. I asked a worker, who was scanning and stocking selfs for assistance. He went and got the key and gave me access to the section I needed.There are some pleasant and professional people at this CVS location. But they are few and far in between. On the whole THEY SUCK!!!

This pharmacy is awful. They've almost completely done away with cashiers at the front of the store, otherwise the store part is ok. The pharmacy has long been a disaster with long waits at both in store and the drive through. The drive through is no longer. There's a sign that tells you to go in instead. I went in one day and the line was almost 10 deep. The dead flowers for sale are the cherry on top. I've complained to corporate who resolved to fix the wait times, but it's actually gotten worse. So now I'm moving my prescriptions to mail order through my health insurance pharmacy.

I patiently waited on hold for the pharmacy to pick up for over an hour. Eventually someone picked up and without saying a single word to me hung up the call. According to Google they were less busy than usual at the time that they dropped my call. Very unprofessional.

I called to get a status on my sons antibiotics and of course I had to wait minutes and hear elevator sounds.Then accompanied by hail of rudeness. I had other questions but the call came a sudden end.
