Extremely rude pharmacist who spoke back to me when I asked a simple question. They should be fired. I've never experienced such horrible customer service at a pharmacy in my life. This is a miserable person who shouldn't have a job. They hung up on me for asking a simple question. Please do better CVS-do not allow such rude an unprofessional people to work at your pharmacy.

I called to get a status on my sons antibiotics and of course I had to wait minutes and hear elevator sounds. Then accompanied by hail of rudeness. I had other questions but the call came a sudden end.

I have been going to CVS in Maplewood for a number of years. I go to pick up prescription’s for my husband. You have a young lady who works sometimes in the pharmacy and sometimes in the front of the store. Her name is Candie and she stands out from the other employees because she alway greets you with a warm and friendly smile and she goes out of her way to help you! Candie is very knowledgeable about products in the store.Because of Candie l’ll give CVS a five star rating because that’s what I give Candie a five rating for a job well done!??????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very Satisfied Senior Customer

Perhaps the worst pharmacy on the east coast of the USA. Those in or formally in the military, or those who have served time in prison might be more accustomed to being treated like a number rather than a paying customer of this pharma dispensary, but really, screw this place. Go elsewhere else. Any other pharmacy will do, even the CVS located in the Target on Springfield Ave deserves your business more than this hole.

To busy. Not enough help. They have a monopoly on drugs and with plans you are stuck with them.

A zero would be more appropriate. They are absolutely awful. Always a long wait. Never get it right the first time.

The CVS store is fine and the manager is very helpful but the pharmacy is terrible. We went to the pharmacy for our appointments to receive two vaccines. As per our visit in November the information in the computer did not match the information that I input online prior to our appointment. We waited almost an hour before my husband asked if someone was going to help us. The pharmacist was on the telephone the entire time we were in the pharmacy without any regard to actual customers at the counter. Pharmacy techs were very busy filling orders. Only one person was sporadically tending to customers. The pharmacist was clearly overwhelmed(according to her) and not customer oriented. They were supposed to administer our vaccines but at this point we refused due to her lack of professionalism and our lack of trust. The store manager was very helpful in quelling a frustrating and tense situation. We will not be returning to this CVS pharmacy again. I hope for the sake of their customers, they hire someone who can professionally manage their pharmacy.

The management at this store is doing a poor job in my opinion. If you make the mistake of going in during after school hours, beware!! Children are allowed to run all over the store, use foul language in the presence of minor children and adults, leave their backpacks and book bags all over the floor, as if they are at home. On more than one occasion I have encountered several groups of children basically acting as if they own this store. Management seems to do nothing to discourage this behavior. During today's visit, you could barely get in or out of the door because of their book bags and backpacks literally lying all over the floor. They were running around the store and just creating a nuisance situation. When I was in the store last week they were cursing and using foul language in the presence of a lady and 2 very small children. That is unacceptable and should not be allowed to go on in a public place. Speaking about it with one of the cashiers, I was told that this is a daily occurrence. If this is, in fact, a daily occurrence, why is no one doing anything about stopping it? I'm seriously considering changing my prescriptions to another pharmacy in order to not have to deal with this nonsense any further. Very disappointed customer and I am not alone.

The CVS in Maplewood is notorious for by passing the newest and latest prescriptions and using an old prescription that they choose to use because of a lower does or price factor. In order to be efficient, old prescriptions should be cleared from the computer to prevent mishaps.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero I would. Service is slow and protocols are unclear. One week you can use the drive thru for meds, the next it's vaccines only. When I asked about it the manager confronted the pharmacist and the pharmacist rolled her eyes and spoke loudly about the signs being visible. I understand that everyone is short staffed but this pharmacy takes it to a whole new level. I switched immediately

After hearing that this CVS has a history of giving people too few pills, I started checking mine after picking up prescriptions. Every time that I got pills that weren't in a sealed container, I got fewer than my prescription called for. I've since decided to switch.

They filled my prescription incorrectly. Dosage was two tablets a day equaling 60 tablets and only 30 were filled.
