So I called Miburn Audi to get a quote for a car, which I got IN WRITING. But when I got there I was told there was a mistake and the quote is 100 dollars more a month. When I showed the financing manager the written quote he refused to honor it and really took a " f*** you, take it or leave it stance". I had already been there for SIX hours and just wanted to get the car and leave. The manager of Audi reached out to me about my terrible experience and said he was sorry and would get back to me. Needless to say I'm still waiting on that call. DO NOT go here.

Oh My. DCH Millburn has again caused me to be "that person" writing a detailed complaint/review on online. I begged my thrifty husband for an Audi in 2020 and was given the name of an excellent salesperson. I did, however, ignore the warnings of "The Internet" and a lovely lady I met in the parking lot of Whole Foods who told me that the customer service at DCH is TERRIBLE. She was correct because it is, like, comically bad. Abysmal. Whenever I interact with them, I leave frustrated, angry, and/or annoyed- even when I try to mentally prepare myself for the experience beforehand. I go in with a smile and zero expectations. This is only the latest, worth posting online incident: Issue #1: Customer Service (Again) 1) My car made a strange sound, so I arranged to bring it in on December 21, 2023. a. They told me when booking that no loaner cars would be available until January 3, which was fine with me. 2) As of NYE, I still had not heard from them and reached out. a. It was the holidays, so I gave them some grace there. (Perhaps we missed a call. BTW, we did not). 3) On January 4, 2024, I went to pick up a loaner car as planned. a. Note: there was an initial understanding of this that was my fault. b. (I thought they had broken their promise to me, but I was wrong on that and was apologetic) 4) Before this, I had an exchange in which they told us what was "wrong" with my car. a. I questioned and disputed this; more info on that is below. b. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that he was out for his daughter's wedding, as was his second in command. c. I asked to speak to him when he returned. d. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. (See below) 5) They gave me a car with a plate that expired on JANUARY 6, 2024. a. BTW, I was the one who noticed this almost two weeks later. b. I reached out to them, and they did not respond. (They seem to be able to find you when they want for you to sign something, though). c. I finally had to physically go to them January 11, 2024 to get them to do something about it. d. They had the nerve to make me wait, then said that they had to switch cars and gave me one that was filthy and smelled. 6) There was ZERO follow-up regarding the status of my car from them. I had to reach out. a. I had to call or try to text. b. They only responded to a text message regarding the status once to tell me that a part was being ordered. 7) They finally dropped me a text message, no phone call, to let me know it was complete on January 29, telling me the car was complete. a. (I had not heard from them in almost two weeks). 8) I asked them why I could not speak to the manager, and the advisor claimed I did not ask to talk to the manager. THIS IS A LIE. 9) I then asked for her to allow me to speak to a manager THREE TIMES via text because that is the only way they will communicate. As of 9 am on January 31, she has not responded. (Note: she later indicated that she was texting my husband, although prior to that she was able to text me and did not notice that she was not hearing back from me). Issue #2: Dishonesty + Attitude 1) They claimed that my Audi, which is four years old max, had an issue because there is "water around the connector and underbelly...". a. They wanted to charge me over $800+ for this. b. This makes ZERO sense- did I move near an ocean? Perhaps I made the mistake of driving through rain? c. I asked a local mechanic who works on luxury cars this, and he confirmed that it made zero sense. d. At one point, they were warming up to blame it on another mechanic because they tried to ask where else I had taken to be serviced. 2) I repeat: They LIED. a. I asked to speak to a manager and do it BEFORE picking up my car. 3) Every time I show up there, they act like they don't want to help me and are also never apologetic for their lack of customer service at the very least. I bought a luxury car and expect excellent customer service. They have missed the memo on that and seemingly don't care because affluent people always need cars. FYI, I relayed these exact

STAY AWAY!!! This place is a joke. The multitude of one star reviews support my opinion. So much disappointment, but I will try to hit the high points. My wife and I bought a Mercedes GLC from Audi of Millburn and it was a terrible experience. I assumed that, since this was an Audi dealership, it would live up to the expectations of the Audi luxury brand. I could not have been more wrong. We had been car shopping for a while and knew what car we wanted - this should have been an easy sales for Millburn. They had the car and we had the money... what could go wrong? When we showed up to look at the car that was advertised on their website, it was not on the lot but was at an offsite storage lot - we were assured several times that it would be there in no time, but it still took at least 45 minutes for it to arrive. We only needed a quick test drive to confirm this was the car we wanted. They would not budge on price, but that's ok - it was at the market price, so that's fine. We called the next day and told them we were going to purchase the car, told them when we would be there and that we were paying cash - no financing needed. IT STILL TOOK 4 HOURS AT THE DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE THE CAR!!! We were pressured several times by both the terrible sales rep and the sales manager to finance the purchase at ~7% interest - even when we told them we were paying cash! I asked why I would finance when I had the cash - both of the responded the same way (at different times): "well, heaven forbid, you drive off the lot and wrap it around a tree...". Beyond that ridiculous logic, I would still need to pay for the car! We were also pressured to purchase an extended warranty on a car that had 2+ years of manufacturers warranty remaining on the car. After not receiving the license plates for weeks after the purchase, I called the dealership for an update. SHOCKER - the plates had just shown up THAT MORNING. The sales rep was just about to call us. What a coincidence!! As other reviews have noted, the dealership will not send them to you. You can either pick them up (M-F only) or send them a pre-paid shipping label. They tell you this is for the buyers protection so that the buyer has the tracking number. Again..."heaven forbid they don't show up and you have to fill out a police report...". There is a lot of "heaven forbid.." BS at this place. I could go on about the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, non-responsiveness, etc, but I think I have made my opinion clear. Fortunately we like the (non-audio) car, but the experience with Audi of Millburn has been awful. I have bought so many cars over the years and this place was one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from Audi of Millburn.

If you can stay away from this dealer stay away from!!!!!! It supposed to be Audi is A prestige name but this dealer make it it worst than the worst company on this planet you going to deal with I purchased two cars from them . First experience I purchased a car from them within a year from purchasing the car, I trade it and call them to cancel my warranty and get my money back it took me 6 months to get my money back after sending and calling 30 times . Second purchase I financed a pre owned Caddilac Escalade 22 .and the finance manger Christine add it wheels and rims and he charge me almost $5000 I told him I don't want it the same day of the purchase and to cancel it he told me to wait until the deal is finish and he will send the full amount of money back towards my principles within two to three weeks on the car I've been sending him emails back and fourth for 6 months and he keep telling me don't worry we will send the check to th loaner and I've been paying interest for 6 months and no solution. Also my registration took a month and a half to send it to me despite the fact they receive it within two weeks they told me I've to go to the dealer to take it and I have been purchasing the cars for the past 15 years the dealer supposed to send it to your house over night after they receive it . I will advise everyone stay away from them .!!!!! I will never ever see you again and I will complain to the BBB soon. Stay away My name is Marwan Christine send the check to Ally bank Are you listening, I've been paying interest for 6 months are you serious ......!!!!?

I turned my vehicle over from a lease to a finance. The dealership didn't put temp plates on the care, they left the leased plates on. Life goes on and it was one of those out of sight out of mind things. I never received a call my plates were in and for me seeing plates on the vehicle didn't prompt me to remind me I needed new plates. My car was impounded this weekend for having "factitious" plates. When I called the dealership they said they sent and email...to bad it was sent to the wrong email account. There was no follow up phone call on their end either.

I bought an Audi Q3 and soon realized that the driver side wipers and alignment was off. I made an appointment at the service center and dropped off the car. Day 1 they didn't get to the car nor did I get any call or status updates to keep me posted. Every time I called they say that it's being diagnosed and my service rep will return my call but that hasn't happened either. Day 2 still no ETA I'll be going to pick up car and utterly disappointed with the service I'm receiving from the dealership. I even texted my service rep and sales person to have the service manager call me but have yet to receive a call. I'm better off replacing the wipers myself and taking it some place for alignment if such a basic thing takes more than two days.

I've purchased 4 cars through this dealership. I should start with, customer loyalty is non existent here. My current car, has been in the shop 12 times (or more, I lost count) for the same reason. I have been lied to about repairs, I have been told I have to make repairs on items not covered under warranty and been told there is no issue. Let's start with repairs that were not included under warranty. I had my car checked by another mechanic and it was found those suggested repairs were not necessary. Repairs made about 7 visits ago were actually not made. At one point they kept my car for 2 1/2 weeks and nothing was done. They fail to give me the paperwork and will not respond to calls or return voicemails. My second to last visit it was finally admitted my car had a defective shock. They supposedly fixed that and then arranged to have the other shock and both struts replaced. I was told they had it approved by Audi corporate. Seriously?? My car was still under warranty and has been in for this issue already 11 times. To add it might be more visits but I lost count. Another 8 days with DCH. The loaner car had to be brought back twice due to a flat tire. This of course was a huge inconvenience and I had to cancel work appointments and make other arrangements as that car was unreliable. I was promised a complementary detailing for the inconvenience. Upon picking car up, it was dirty and smelled of perfume. Yet, another lie. When I inquired, I was told the detailer was out sick. But instead they would give me an extra Audi care service. I never received it. It was not given to me and they won't respond to my requests. I still have not gotten all the paperwork. They won't give me that either. I'm truly at a loss here. I should add this is not an isolated interaction, it seems this is just their business model. At one point, I was sent a review request, I answered honestly that my car was not repaired which was the truth. The next time I went in I was actually confronted by the service rep., saying I gave him a bad review! What? I should add the issue that was supposedly made 3 weeks ago had already returned. Much like the other "repairs". It was not really fixed. I have no documents, I have no extra Audi care. Nothing. Save yourself the trouble and headaches and avoid this dealership.

Having purchased my vehicle here, which I am happy with, it's the dealership's service that's immensely irritating. While they eventually get it right, it too often takes multiple visits to get to a satisfactory result. Multiple visits to address the same issue has occurred several times over my four years of ownership. Unfortunately, for me, it is the closest Audi dealer to my residence and why I've had to endure this continued frustration. I've had a lot of apologies, but after a time those become hollow. PLEASE just get it right the first time would be far more of a solution that continual "I'm sorry, but" responses. It's Thanksgiving Day 2023 and I was supposed to have a return visit tomorrow to fix a problem of their creation that was for work that should have been completed 2 days ago. Instead I get a text today from the service person, Amanda Mendez, saying "Sorry", made an error, as the fix cannot be performed until Monday. I cannot be inconvenienced on Monday when I need to go to work instead of dragging myself back to their dealership, which is an otherwise unnecessary 16-mile round trip. Instead I'll be contacting the dealership management tomorrow, or whenever they are able to be reached (should they be off this long weekend, while I'll sit aggravated over the fiasco) to see how much they care to repair this matter and relationship. We will see. Frankly I just want my money back for their incomplete job. I'll be back here to report on how effective they are at customer service this time around. I'm not encouraged. I'd love to add more reviews about this business, so I can describe how I've been screwed several other times and further lower their average YELP score. I'll figure out how that works, but suffice it to say, I've had them damage my rims while they were in storage with them (I have two sets of tires for summer and winter), which they repaired, but it's just shows carelessness and I was immensely inconvenienced by it, having to be in a loaner and having to drive back and forth to them due to it. Another time I paid to have a tire replaced due to a nail puncture and after being told to come pick up the car after the replacement was completed, then having paid for it, only to find they'd returned my car with the punctured tire still on the car and had the gall to tell me it was a fresh puncture on the new tire! The following few sentences are an edit to this review (that I added on 12/10/23). I made this edit given I had written a throughly separate review describing the quite incredible and inconceivable episode of this Audi service department leaving the nail in my tire, while charging me to have it changed for a new tire. However, that separate review was somehow removed after it had been posted on YELP for probably 2 weeks. This Audi dealership contacted me about that separate review (the one concerning the nail they left in my tire while having charged me for replacing it with a new tire) and acknowledged it was a completely accurate portrayal of all the events, yet they seemed to be seeking a more peaceful resolution than my harsh review. So, I have to wonder if they appealed to YELP to have it taken down as a separate run-on of this review and, therefore, some sort of a violation of YELP policy. If I had a more conveniently located option I'd pursue it. This is a shameful operation.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I purchased a used 2018 Jeep for my daughter at this dealership. I wish I read the reviews before I did that. The car salesman was very aggressive, didn't even give you a chance to think or speak. When you had a question or needed him, it took 20 mins or longer to find him from the back. He didn't even do the paperwork correctly and over charged me, so I had to have a check sent weeks later to refund my money. 2 weeks after we had the car an engine light came on. My husband called to tell them he knew it was the thermostat since he used the scanner to check the issue. Made an appointment for something we were told shouldn't take longer than a few hours. It took many aggravated phone calls and 4 days later to get the car back. Every person you spoke to, gave you a different story. The best was every time you received a message from the woman on text it said she was on the other line like she didn't want to be bothered speaking to you. I can go on and on with how unprofessional my experience was here I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR HERE EVER especially and AUDI.

The worst experience ever. If I could go somewhere else I would. I purchased my Q3 in March 2023 with only 9034 miles on it give or take. I had not had my car for a week before the car showed extreme signs of water leaking into the car. I expressed my displeasure with the smell in the vehicle to the sales person Mike but was assured it was nothing more needed than full detail. Now I am more than sure that my purchase from Audi Millburn was a huge mistake and nothing but a waste of my hard earned money and time. I've brought the car in twice so far to be repaired but to no avail. This dealership will not refund me my money paid and allowing me to go elsewhere to get a vehicle that it does not rain inside when it's raining outside. At this point I'm more than sure I was sold a lemon. I arrived at Millburn for a second time on 9/26/23 after the 5 days straight of rain realizing the last time I brought the vehicle in for this same issue to be fixed it was not fixed but instead a bandage method performed. I listed below Videos of the water and how it continues to entering the vehicle and into the charging ports, gearshifts and car interior creating a horrible smell. I arrived wanting to trade but was offered 28,000 from the dealer to buy my vehicle back telling me I could do a trade when I paid $38,932.92. Why would I just give y'all 10,000 of my money and I'm having these issue no fault of my own. I have not even received the opportunity to enjoy the vehicle due to most of the miles being put on it is the drive from where I live to the dealership to allow them to continue to fix the leaks that have been reported since 9/22/21 unbeknownst to me. I just found this out on 9/26/23 when I brought the vehicle back for the second time to be fixed and was given the paperwork from the service rep. I contacted Auditalks directly, spoke with a supervisor and was told that my car did not qualify for a buy back at this time and that I should continue to allow the dealer to fix the issue. When I asked how many times do I have to keep allow them to fix this issue before my car goes out of warranty his response was he doesn't have a specific number. I would hate for anyone to experience what I am experiencing as a young woman who saved her money, ensured her finances were right to purchase her first vehicle to get back n fourth to work and experience such atrocity with no help or integrity from anyone at this dealership. I should have been told about the history of this car leaking and given the option to choose if that's something that I want to deal with. Do not buy any car from Audi Millburn but instead do your research so that you do not get swindled and taken advantage of like I have. This has been the worst experience ever. I regret buying this car from Audi Millburn. (Audi)

Horrible service experience - they have no idea what customer service means. Infrequent and inaccurate communication, low availability of loaners and when one is available it's dirty, and no viable option to make after hours pick-up easy for the customer. I had tried this dealership years ago for service and had 2 bad experiences, this was a great reminder of that and sadly they have not upped their game. I do not recommend.

I am currently leasing two cars through them. The '22 Q3 has not allowed me to get phone calls in the car. I am muted to all callers, although when I shut the car off, I can call the caller back without any problems in being heard. I have had the car there a total of over 3 weeks and it's like they forgot about this car I am paying a lot of money for every month. I was even told to call the manufacture's customer service. That is their job, not mine. I would not have another Audi or deal with this dealership again, which is really unfortunate since I have two more years on our leases. June C

Service and reception were great! I felt welcome and was greater with professionalism. Gonna give huge shout out to Tom Rezza who was super helpful setting up my digital dashboard and walking me through the features. Really nice crew of people. Go to this dealership! They're totally worth it.

Sales. Awesome. Customer service associates have been slipping. Rude and misinformation on last few visits. They have wasted my time 2 times now. Gave me an appointment but didn't tell me I needed to bring a device to appt. Last time I asked where I could get a cup of coffee & rep gave me directions to Dunkin. How shocked I was my next visit to see the lovely newer coffee area. My friend had recent poor experience with these ladies as well and I defended them. Now I understand why she complained.

The sales person was exactly what you'd expect a car sales person to be. He told he he wanted my commitment before he'd let me test drive an Audi because he gets people in there all the time that just want to drive cars and he didn't want to put miles on a car for reason.
