My BF had a check from Wells Fargo. However, she was in a rehabilitation facility & needed to cash the check. The Wells Fargo on White Horse Pike always gives her a hard time. She is in there for 40 minutes all the time. Frustrating!! And she has 2 open accounts w/them.She had approval for me to take her to the bank. She broke her hip & femur. We needed a drive-thru, but at this location, it was closed.I pulled my car onto their sidewalk right in front of the entrance doors and went inside for a wheelchair, no go. This woman came right up to me, and I explained our dilemma. Her name IS SORYMAK. Very compassionate & so nice. She came out to my car & said, I understand." I'll help you. She asked me to pull up the car a little bit. She comes out in 5 minutes cash in hand. She made the transaction for us & we never left the car.We were shocked. Stress-free. She was wonderful. THANK YOU SORYMAK FOR GOING ABOVE & BEYOND. YOU TOOK A DIFFICULT SITUATION & MADE IT A PLEASANT ONE. YOU ARE AN ASSET TO WF.YOUR BOSS SHOULD BUY YOU LUNCH. My work does business with this location since before covid.The staff is AMAZING!Like the rest of the world they have been understaffed at times, but even then the employees are friendly, accommodating and genuine. What more could you ask for?

Always loved having a local branch, and the people there are friendly and accommodating but recently they changed their hours and no longer are open on Saturdays. For a style of bank that doesn't have late hours it's very inconvenient not to have Saturday hours now. They are also under staffed so sometimes the drive thru isn't open.

Yesterday I was helped by Bernardo Pena, a banker at this branch. I was handling an estate for a deceased person, so not a standard banking transaction. Bernaro was excellent. He was able to answer (or get the answer to) all of my questions and all of my banking tasks were completed in one visit. Two thumbs up and five stars for Mr. Pena.

So my Boss business transaction around 1.7 mil per month all different branches of Wells Fargo Bank as he own 9 Popeys(Lusiana kitchen) the lady name probably Kethy (white lady who said She’s branch mngr (3/24/2022) denied to deposit certified check from same bank…this is really very SAD for me to wasting my time and I firmly believe she needs well training…she doesn’t deserve that post at all how could???she arguing too much and couldn’t able my responses..that’s branch has Adja and Jennifer those are been always nice and good customer service…

Wells Fargo is the worst! Go to another bank, they refuse to work with long time customers. They are constantly putting freezes on my business line of credit with zero explanation. It's like they just want me to call and waste a half an hour of my life on hold. Any other bank would be better.

Tellers are amazing.Management is clueless as always.They make simple tasks tedious. Bank is empty but they are “busy”. Looking to into moving to citizen bank.

Would never recommend this bank! They can't process simple tasks, and are definitely not capable of handling my money! I have never dealt with such unprofessional people.

The customer service is horrific. It is a numbers game. Each teller has to open 5 solutions per day or they have to call 5 customers for each solution they didnt get. If you arent a customer you are told to sit with a banker to verify your check which really is a chance to try to get an account. If your check is drawn off Wells Fargo, they tell you if it is over $1500 you have to open an account to deposit it into. Also it would blizzard out if the lead teller actually got out of her chair instead of screaming across the lobby to you. The manager seems nice but too bad half of his shift he is away on lunch.
