Today on Wednesday 08/07/2024 when the mail person was delivery mail to my address at 7 Ivy CT Apt C Maple Shade NJ 08052 at the Park Crossing Apartments he or she made a big mistake and accident by putting on of the letters from my bank with my banking information in the mail slots of one of my neighbors. Will the Post Master General of the Maple Shade Post Office please bring the mail person into their office and tell them to be more careful and double check the mail from now on. I am very angry that mail from my bank with my important bank information was put in one of my neighbor's mail slot. Fortunately my neighbor is a good and honest neighbor and put the mail in my mail slot.

I’d like to thank a very friendly and professional worker of that facility. Her name is Diona. I was there with my parents to apply for a new passport. It was crowded at that time, but she was really attentive to us and all of the other visitors. We appreciate her time and I give her 10 stars!!!⭐️Thank you Diona for your great and fast service!

Every single time I go in there I’m given bad information or the staff just refuses to do anything outside of the bare minimum and can’t provide guidance on how to fix whatever the issue is. I know this because they refuse to do things other local post offices have no problem doing. Other customers are almost always rude as well. Avoid this post office unless you like leaving frustrated…

Awful customer service! Such rude workers. Went in with package and needed tape to tape the printed pre paid label and told me he couldn’t give me a piece of his (sitting right next to his hand) and I had to purchase an entire roll. Walked right out - awful awful awful! Have been to multiple post office locations and they are always willing to TAPE pre shipment labels for you.

You’ll be glad to know that Stuart is retiring. I’ve had slow service but this was extraordinary. I don’t know why but Stewie would do a little something, then walk in the back and do something else, then come back to the counter to look at something, then go in the back again. I could hear him laughing and talking in the back. I don’t why we made an appointment, we had to wait in line anyway. They LOVE making you wait.

I have not had good luck from the Maple Shade post office with shipping some very small items with tracking that seem to get lost in the mail.. these postal employees get paid whether they do their job properly or not there is no recourse or accountability as for the consumer they give you the runaround doesn’t matter whether you have tracking or not they’re not responsible for loss packages only when you buy the insurance and then try to put a claim in took receive any money it is it exceedingly difficult to deal with these type of people
