Stopped by to mail fed ex and guess?!? Closed! Saturday afternoon at 12pm. No lights. No people. Horrible. This isn't the first it's happ either!! Save your time and head elsewhere !! Also charge $1 to take UPS!!! What a sham

Tom’s Mom says - I noticed Safe Ship leaving ACME. I took some things in to be faxed. Elijah the young man who was working that day was absolutely amazing. Very Kind. Incredibly helpful. Looked me in the eyes when he spoke to me. Proper Customer Service with a genuine smile rarely happen these days.Nice job Elijah!!

Went in here because I thought this was the FedEx drop off on Google maps. Told me they would have to charge me to tape my box shut (needed 2 pieces of tape) I’ve never heard that one before and asked how much. “A couple dollars.” Aaaaand how much is a couple dollars…? “Two dollars.” So they just pulled a number out of thin air to charge me for two pieces of masking tape that any other shipping store will just slap on there free. Just go into Acme and ship there.

Sam at safe ship is wonderful.He is professional and very nice. It's nice to be in a place where everyone is smiling and welcoming. I loved that I am always given the option of shipping with the post office or FedEx. It's really a one stop shop. I wish them best of luck. Highly recommended.

Mary at Safe Ship is wonderful to work with. She and her staff do a thorough job of packing each item carefully and getting even most valuable and fragile items safely to their destination. I had to ship things long distance and Mary was very helpful and accomplishing the task. I would highly recommend them.

Charge you a dollar to take your UPS package to the UPS store. They go when they can and so this delays your package and you pay for it. Makes sense to just drop off at UPS yourself. As for shipping a regular package...I will hope for the best. Then re-post my new rating.

Came to drop off a package at 10:15 am on Saturday and they’re closed.Hours online said they’re open and there’s a open sign lit up on the door. No hours posted on door. Called the number to see when they would open and the voicemail box is full.
