I was a loyal customer here years ago so when I needed to do some bedding I came back. The place had really changed. The man working there was rude and not at all helpful so when I accidently pushed the buttons for the wrong dryer i asked if I could have my 75 cents back he just said no your mistake and walked away. I'll never return. The prices are outrageous too boot and the dryer did no better than mine at home in seeing a comforter. So I spent $6 in a dryer that didn't do the job I needed

I went to this laundromat few weeks back and it’s was semi pretty busy. Honestly time went by pretty fast and I like that, in and out! All machines run on quarters, prices weren’t bad either. Owner was friendly and so were the people there. I’ll definitely be going there again.

I used to come here a lot when I lived closer and didn’t have a washer or dryer but now I do. Anyway, I come here and do my comforters, This place is great! I have laundromats closer to me but I make it a point to come here! The owner even put the detergent in for me because I’m short, it’s always clean and he’s very pleasant, he will look at you when he talks to you, that means a lot! Again, a great place!

Really good business run by really good people ❤️ It was clean and well lit, up front parking, and had plenty of washers and dryers. The manager Yun (or Yung) is so helpful. He made sure I knew exactly how to work the machines. I highly recommend.

My dryer broke, so I’ve been coming here for the past week and a half. I wash the clothes/linens at home, then just come to Norgetown to dry. On medium and high settings, the washers really dry my clothes/linens fast. Very inexpensive. I usually have two bags of wet laundry- I separate into two dryers, running about 20-25 minutes or so each, which equates to about $2 to 2.50! Less than 3 dollars to dry all my stuff. The place seems pretty clean. No issues.

Hours. 8am-6:30pm. Wash. $4.75 to $6.25 depending on machine and cycle. Dry .25¢ per 6 minutes. Quarters provided on site and various detergents, softeners & dryer sheet offered for sale. Wash/fold service $1.00 per pound. Dry cleaning price per garment. Machines are in good working order and kept clean. Owner is a decent, respectable fellow. Two TV's and NJ Lottery tickets for sale and a Pizza place right next door. NJ Transit busses 413 & 317 pass right by the door. Twenty-Seven enthusiastic thumbs up!

Very saddened, I used to think this spot was the greatest. … Man was rude, said extra $20 for mattress pad and $15.00 minimum for my small color wash, usually instead of by pound … said sick you people ?!?How are you sick ok regular customers,

The picture I saw of this place online is pretty true, it is as small as it looks from the outside. Pretty cramped inside, plus it's another one I've been to that hasn't converted over to laundry cards... so you've either got to lug in lots of quarters or if the guy is there he'll change your bills.

There's 1 star for this review because I had to put something, but this place does not deserve that 1 star! The owner has a terrible attitude and poor customer service. I took my washable rug there to wash because it's too big to wash at home, and the washer machine I used did not rinse the rug thoroughly, leaving it drenched with water. I used the laundry cart and took the rug over to dry, and you can see it dripping with water. I told the owner of the issue, and he told me to take the rug home to dry. Two other customers overheard my complaint and told me to ask the owner again to run it through the washer to spin. The customer even came up to the counter to talk to the owner with me. The owner was unhappy and insisted that it was my rug and said it had a plastic lining and wouldn't rinse any better. I told him that it's not made of plastic and it was the machine that didn't spin correctly. He rudely argued back but did give me money to run it through another machine. He said if it's wet like the first time, I need to take it home to dry it. I agreed. Once the washable rug was done in the new cycle, I noticed the rug wasn't drenched with water like the first time, so I put it in the dryer and added a quarter. The owner rushed toward me and took my rug out of the dryer without seeing how wet it was and said, "it's too wet like the first time," and I can't use the dryer. I told him it was not wet like before, but he didn't care. I didn't bother arguing with him and just asked for my quarter and went to another laundromat to dry my rug. I will not be coming back to this laundromat ever again.
