“The 8920 Frankford Ave AT&T Store associates Larry and Mohammed are absolute GODsends!!! I had gone to another AT&T store (grant ave) and was given TOTALLY FALSE information which caused me to ALMOST return the phone and just stay with Verizon but I walked into this store was greeted immediately and asked how could they be of assistance...so I proceeded to explain what was going on and they both assured me that the issue COULD in fact be resolved and in FIVE MINUTES fixed the total cluster F&$k the Grant Ave associate left me with ..if you want customer service with professionalism and from people who actually know what they are doing GO TO THIS STORE and speak to either Larry or Mohammed, you will NOT be disappointed..they know their products and they are extremely knowledgeable about services offered etc. THANKS to these gentlemen I chose to continue with transferring to AT&T and AT&T is very lucky to have employees that not just know what they are doing but also do so with friendliness ....”

“I was able to get the phone I wanted thanks to the GM Tony at 3236 Red Lion road. He went over and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I can't thank him enough for the effort and care that he put into my visit there. After countless calls to stores all over the city including New Jersey no one had the phone I wanted but he didn't let that stop him. He finally ended up locating another store outside the city that did have it. Tony then made the arrangements to go there himself and brought it back to the store for me the same day. He also stayed on the phone with First net to handle adding the phone to my account after multiple errors on First Net website kept happening. Tony fixed my bill that was done in error at another location while he was at it. Overall awesome customer service I couldn't have had any better experience than what I received. And might I add he did stay longer after his shift to finish everything.So thank you Tony for everything! Wish there were more genuine hard working individuals such as yourself in the world. “I went to the AT&T store in Deptford, NJ, just across from the mall to see about an upgrade from my iPhone 8Plus. As soon as I walked in Kevin the assistant store manager greeted me right away I explained my upgrade needs and he took it from there!Kevin was personable, knowledgeable and gave me a great customer service! As a retired Marine he made sure I received the discounts I earned - even being a AAA member got me a discount - as well as the retired ID card cause I didn’t have a copy of my DD-214 which not many of us retired military may not carry around with them but I will have in my car from now on. Overall I received SUPERB customer service from Kevin who from the moment I walked in treated me with respect, that I was important! If ya need a upgrade in the Deptford/Glassboro NJ area,go see Kevin in his well run AT&T store!”
