“I went to Verizon with a major phone issue. All I wanted to do was get my phone fixed or replaced. Jake wss great with the whole process. He explained my several options and I ended up upgrading my phone & getting a 5th phone. All of this without paying more than I was already paying before I walked in! He transferred my old phone apps, information, etc to my new phone and had it all set up for me within 45 minutes (I had a ton of pictures/video to transfer). He made it very simple and painless!!!”

“I went to the kiosk in the Deptford Mall with the realistic expectation that my phone was gone. I had dropped it in the ocean and it was unsalvageable (or so I believed).

“I went to the store to pay my bill and to remove the Internet from my iPad. In order to remove the Internet from my iPad I had to pay the iPad in full, which means I did not get the discount or the half price that I was promised when I purchased the iPad in January. When I add up $20 Internet fee and the $12 cost for the iPad, in the end I would have paid over $1000 for an iPad. So I probably saved myself like at least $400 by just going on and paying the iPad off. Next time I will definitely read the fine print.”
“I only wish that all AT&T stores were as professional and accommodating as this location. Visited the store to upgrade my Sister's phone and they were flawless in their execution. The phone was upgraded, data transferred and working properly within 30 minutes. We purchased accessories including an Ultra Watch and a case. Will continue to visit this location when I decide to upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro Max when available.”
“Came here without calling and walked in with my phone being in two pieces. My baby sister threw my phone and the entire screen came off from the phone. I told Viktor what happened and he fixed it right away on the spot! I waited very short for the phone to be fixed and he gave me a free very good quality iPhone case for my phone and for all the trouble I’ve been going through. Thank you so so much! The 14th Valentine's Day I was met by an associate by the name of Perla who was insisted me in a most fashion way possible for customer service was very convenient.
