I cannot say enough how impressed I was with Maple Shade Mazda. We recently purchased a CX5 and the entire process was very smooth. Lou and the Maple Shade team were extremely professional, responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend Maple Shade Mazda to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda.

I recently bought my second Mazda, a Mazda 3, from Maple Shade Mazda and had the best experience. Deon the salesman was great and the entire staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Poor Customer service and the sales managers are terrible at following up with customers. Never returns calls and always say they're on the floor.

Awesome lineup of available vehicles. Great introductory interest rates. Salesman Ramir Flagg was patient, knowledgeable and great to work with. Coming back soon for a 2nd vehicle!

I have a 2013 Mazda cx5. Great car! I've been coming to Mazda service Maple Shade since I've owned the car. Most visits were professional, and the service was without issue. The last couple of years, it's been very difficult to make an appointment. I had an issue where all warning lights were on and my car would barely run. I was told they didn't have an appointment for 3 weeks. I had a belt break and received the same comment. Today I called to make an appointment to have a park position sensor repaired and they said it would be $215 to have it diagnosed. This is a known issue/defect with Mazda, the car won't fully shut off. There have been other issues. I am in the market to buy a car and would love to buy another Mazda, but sadly cannot because of their service department.

DO NOT GO HERE, AVOID AT ALLLLLLLLL COSTS. SOME OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAD NO CLUE WHAT THEY WERE DOING, KEPT ON PAWNING ME OFF TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO ALSO HAD NO CLUE WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY TOOK MY CAR EVEN THOUGH PAYMENTS WERE MADE AND THEY DIDN'T TELL ME. HAD TO GO TO THE REPO TO BUY IT BACK WHICH IS SUPER SHADY. TOLD ME MY NEW PLATES WOULD BE READY IN A MONTH, WENT THERE TO GET THE TAGS, THEY WEREN'T READY. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL ME AND PROVIDE UPDATES. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS DEALERSHIP, I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT

My wife and I have owned six Mazda's over the years, and we think they are a great vehicle. The best part of the Mazda experience is the girls in the service department in Turnersville. They always go out of their way to accommodate the customer. The best service department we've delt with, hands down!

Service center is either incompetent or dishonest or both. I brought my car in to be serviced since this is the closest Mazda dealer to my home and I had a part failing which should have been covered under warranty. I had taken my car to my local mechanic first, and they diagnosed the problem I was having which was with the TCM. When dropping off my car I let the person know that I was seeing two DTC codes, one having to do with the solenoid a electical and the other that the TCM was returning invalid data. The solenoid DTC has 3 possible causes, bad solenoid, bad wiring, or bad TCM (this according to Mazda's workshop manual). The other code literally can only be the TCM. Of course when they had the car, they were only seeing the solenoid DTC and it turns out their $200 "diagnostic" is literally just spending 30 seconds pulling the DTC codes and then looking up what the most expensive possible parts are to throw at it. In my case they decided to recommend I replace the solenoid, and not only solenoid a, the entire assembly to the tune of $3000.
In the end I went home, ordered a TCM online, installed it myself, and wouldn't you know it, that was the issue. The solenoid issue magically went away, because it was the TCM the entire time. So Maple Shade Mazda managed to scam me out of $200 diagnostic fee (since that should have been waived under warranty) and I am out another $500 to buy the part myself, but at least they didn't manage to scam me out of another $3000 to replace a part that wasn't broken. I unfortunately made the mistake of having them "diagnose" my airbag light at the same time and do not at all trust their recommendations, but it appears they may be pulling the same thing there recommending the most expensive possible part to be installed that might (but is unlikely to) fix it.
This dealer may be ok for sales, and it is a shame because in the next couple years I will likely be replacing my car and was looking at Mazdas and their "care club" seemed like it could be useful. After my visit though I can see how they can offer that care club, they manage to rip you off on other things to make up the cost. I may still buy a Mazda but it absolutely will not be from Maple Shade Mazda or Turnersville Mazda (since it is owned by the same people).

Just recently called to schedule an oil change and the women I spoke to on the phone had a big attitude. I had to call twice and both times I ended the call with saying “thank you bye” and she just hung up while I was speaking, didn’t receive a goodbye back either time. She wasn’t helpful, wasn’t clear with availability, and just overall was rude. Ended up not scheduling an appointment.

I purchased my Mazda CX 30 a couple of weeks ago and it’s been perfect! Ramir was the perfect salesman and was not pushy at all. I highly recommend purchasing a car from here!

YIKES!! I contacted Maple Shade Mazda for the first time today to schedule an oil change, and my experience was disappointing from the start.
When I called, I requested that my phone number not be used for sales and marketing due to a previous dealership misusing it. The service guy I spoke with was dismissive and argumentative, refusing to address my concern or connect me with a manager before abruptly hanging up.
Upon calling back, I spoke with another representative named Karen. She, too, did not offer helpful assistance and initially resisted providing the manager’s name. Eventually, she disclosed the manager’s name as Pete, but insisted that I communicate solely through her unless she says otherwise. This was weird and unprofessional.
These interactions suggest that employees at Maple Shade Mazda may be under significant stress or pressure from management, which could be contributing to their unprofessional behavior towards customers. Regardless of the underlying reasons, such treatment is unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I have serious reservations about the dealership’s standards. If this is how they handle customer interactions, how can I trust them with servicing my car? No thanks, I will not be using Maple Shade Mazda for any of my automotive needs or future vehicle purchases!
