I had a question about paint and stood by the paint counter where 2 men were working. They were both doing tasks at the moment but one was just looking at a computer screen. Both of them did not acknowledge me standing there. I waited for at least 2 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement. I just had a simple question to ask about which paint to buy. I walked away and they proceeded to help someone else

Do not get the protection plan. The salesman forgot to add dryer I purchased into Protection plan which cost me an hour long attempting to upload my receipt & speaking with 5 different representatives in the Philippines. It is a total scam!!!!! Following the time I spent on phone, receipt I submitted, I called to schedule a service appointment to find out a higher authority needs to approve my protective plan within two business days. It is a day later going into Saturday, Sunday, Monday & so forth without a scheduled service appointment. Only because Salesperson ………forgot to add Dryer as well to protective Plan!!!

Th return policy at the return desk outlines how to do returns with and without receipts. Yet this store will not return a single item that does not have a receipt and issue store credit though they are the only store band that carries the item purchased. Then they will tell you “All Lowe’s Stores are supposed to do it this way.” Went to another Lowe’s store and they returned everything and told me that stores who say that are on notice that their loss numbers are too high so they make it up by refusing returns. Best to just shut this store down if it’s that bad!!!!!

Had the best experience with Kathleen at front end department. Kind and understanding with information to help us resolve our lawn mower issues. Her co workers on the other hand could use a class in customer service and profession demeanor. Understandably Sunday mornings are not the best shifts, yet Kathleen was able to go above and beyond to make us feel like valued customers. Thank you again!!

Nice store staff not helpful at all ask to find something they blew me off and back on the phone in hardware department.going back to home depo where customers are important never go to Lowe again

Spent some time with Sales Specialist, Michael Bolen, actually numerous weekend appts., to design and finalize a space in my kitchen that was long overdue. Michael was easy going and so fun to work with, displaying knowledge in cabinet design and offering suggestions. We must have reworked the space a dozen times.
I was really happy we were able to add onto my existing kitchen cabinet design, which was handled by the same store in Maple Shade some 16 years ago. Everything still looks amazing as if it was just installed!
The construction team that installed did a great job also. I am pleased! I am now just getting a granite counter installed to finalize this project. It has been a long 16 year process but now it is complete. Thank you Michael and Lowes!
Michael is your person if you want an experienced designer!

Had a terrible experience with Alan in the paint department. Extremely rude and unprofessional- got to the point where I got into shouting match with him in the middle of the store. He continued to taunt me and be confrontational as I tried to walk away, wanting me to “say it to [his] face.” Insane behavior from someone in costumer service. Just go to Home Depot down the road.

Apparently the key machine can’t cut a key that’s not purchased from Lowe’s “It doesn’t Work like that”.Yet a key is a key. Okay, people need to do better.
